Very outdated. WiFi broke down on the evening of the first night and it was not fixed during the stay. Room smells like a nursing home (carpets harbour smells), bathroom door had been pulled off and nails were exposed. Air con was minimal in the room in a very hot, sunny room (great for drying clothes!). About 13 minute walk to the nearest Metro. Tram is closer but it’s about 20+ stops to the centre and very slow. Coffee at breakfast is good. Food is all cheap, processed products. Go elsewhere.

Bah service. When we arrived around 21 ? Or 22, the persons was half sleeping in the sofa, when she saw us, she was so slow to woke up! Service just unacceptable. Was quite rude. Bed room very dirty, BODY HAIRE on the towel ! The bed sheet was dirty also ! Bathroom not finished

very lovely hotel and aesthetic. the only problem was how loud the aircon system was and didn’t cool down the room quick. the breakfast was delicious and lots of options

Abit far from the city , but easy to access to the centre, big room , friendly staff

not much nearby a bit good for a short stay but not really good for long stay

About 15min bus ride from railway central Nice hotel to stay ,although abit distance from city

Good hotel for reasonable price, everything was according to description at application, clean, very calm, had no any problem, good choice for standing close to train terminal

The hotel location is bad as it's far from public transportation. Furthermore the rooms are not clean and the phone in the room is for show (not working).

It's worth the price the we pay. Very close to.the station, spacious and very helpful staff.

Love it!

During the Milan Design Week, this hotel is really expensive at more than 2,000 per night, but I had to bite the bullet and book it. When I checked in, I really felt that the room was spacious and clean. Although the facilities were old, they did not affect the use. It is not far from Milan Xiaolongkan. There is no free water. The front desk is friendly. The room service auntie does not speak English, but only Italian and Spanish, which is a bit reckless.

Overall it's good. It's not far from Milan Station. You can get there in a short bus ride or a few minutes walk from the bus station. This is one of the more modern and satisfactory hotels I've stayed in Italy. It's okay.

The room is large and clean. The receptionist was friendly and gave me the train schedule. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing and varied. The coffee is great.
