"Service: We visit Texas Oulebao Animal Kingdom every year, and this time my child and his kindergarten classmates came together. We booked three rooms in total! The service was excellent as always; a special thank you to every staff member at the hotel.
Environment: Close to Wanda Plaza, just a few hundred meters away on foot. Very convenient for dining and shopping, much better than staying in a tourist area.
Facilities: The rooms are spacious enough, a great choice for a family of three or a family with children! The hotel breakfast was also quite suitable for us, a warm and homey experience."

"We booked this hotel for our first night visiting Oulebao. When checking in, I specifically requested a room with a balcony overlooking the outdoor hot spring pool. To my utter disbelief, we were given a room facing a completely empty pool on the other side. It was quite frustrating.
The hotel hallways had an odd smell. While the room itself was decent, the children's play tent had a very dirty base, which made us reluctant to let our child use it.
On a positive note, the outdoor hot springs were great, offering a refreshing cool-down in the summer heat. The hotel's butler service was also very thoughtful and attentive.
My only significant complaint is about the staff member at breakfast check-in. Our reservation included breakfast for two adults and two children. Despite this, the attendant insisted my older child, who is just over 1.4 meters tall, had to pay the full 49 yuan for breakfast. I found this unreasonable. After consulting the concierge, who confirmed that children over 1.4m only needed to pay a 20 yuan supplement, the attendant grudgingly allowed us to pay the difference.
The breakfast selection was just average, and the oranges were simply cut in half, making them very inconvenient to eat.
Overall, this hotel was just okay."

"I stayed at the Eurolebao Kunhe International Hotel in Shandong for a day, and the experience was very unique! The hotel is themed in the style of a Chinese imperial palace, with magnificent architecture and exquisite and gorgeous interiors. It seems to have traveled back to the ancient palace, full of cultural charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, and the service staff are also very warm and thoughtful.
The most surprising thing is that the hotel not only provides free parking, but also gives away tickets to the Eurolebao Amusement Park, which is very cost-effective! Whether it is a family trip or a gathering of friends, this is an excellent choice. The hotel's unique style and thoughtful service impressed me, and it is definitely worthy of five-star praise! Looking forward to experiencing it again next time!"

No. 3 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Qihe County"We changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle."

Checked in this hotel, saw that the room design style is more holiday style and there are hot springs, and there are outdoor ones. There are leisure areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Suitable for children to play. Good value for money.
You need to buy a ticket to enter the hot spring area. It costs 75 per person on weekdays. The service staff in the hot spring area are still very good.
Because there are no restaurants and facilities around, it can be said that the surrounding area is empty, and there is not even a small shop. So I chose to have dinner in the hotel. Children over 1.1 meters tall will be charged for the buffet, and the children's buffet is 58/1 person. The dinner for adults is 108 per person. I spent 58 yuan at dinner time, and the children went in and ate. Two buns, French fries were fried dry and hard, and adults couldn't chew them.
Hotel breakfast, in the morning, I was told that the breakfast for children would be charged 28 yuan. I decisively did not let the children go in, because the children could not eat anything at all and there was nothing serious in the breakfast. The sausages are all starchy, and the bacon is all fat. The food is worse than Hanting. The child did not enter the restaurant at all. He sat at the door of the restaurant and played with his mobile phone.
After the door waiter negotiated with the restaurant lobby manager, he still told the child that if the height is more than 1.1cm, he would have to pay 28 yuan before entering! This is really inhumane. As a parent, I was also very angry.
As a parent, I don’t understand this. What can you eat for breakfast? The child eats 28 yuan and how many bites can the child eat... I have been to many cities over the years, and this is the first time I have heard of such a rule, so I don’t understand it at all."
