"Excellent food and environment. Staff were very well behaved and always at any service right from the management team to the support team. Stayed in a tent. The room is well-maintained and clean. As there were no other tourists the services were centered. It will be worth seeing the food quality and services when the resort is nearly full. One suggestion: You need to have an emergency exit (from the bathroom) for the tent as any sudden fire will make the inmates escape easily. I explained in detail to the manager before leaving"

"I travelled, along-with my wife, from kolkata to purulia and stayed from 31-12-2024 to 02-01-2025 in mayur hotel. I appreciated truly about the ac standard room. The linen were neat & clean, bathroom was very good, room service food in dinner was very good. Spices and oil used in food were well controlled. Staff behaviour was very good. The hotel is located exactly in the city heart. Room rent charged was very much reasonable. I suggest all couples to accept the services of mayur hotel whenever willing to travel to purulia. Please do not judge the hotel on arbitration. They are really giving all those facilities which are shown in mm t app. Thank you hotel mayur. "I had a very disappointing experience staying at PearlTree Hotels & Resorts. We paid close to ₹20,000 expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. The biggest issue was the staff behavior. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, most of the staff members were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Whenever we asked for basic things like room service or simple information, the response from the staff felt arrogant and dismissive. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel comfortable, but here it felt like we were bothering them by asking for basic services. Apart from that, the overall hotel experience was also underwhelming. For the price they charge, the rooms and facilities are very average and not well maintained. The entire stay felt overpriced and poorly managed. Honestly, I feel like the ₹20k I spent here was completely wasted. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hospitality experience."

"Allotted rooms are too small in size as per room rent. We have discussed over phone to the owner of the property. Afterwards, we were allotted one 130 sq. Ft room onward s payment of additional rs. 500-. They demanded rs. 1000. 00. Location is not good. It's situated in the locality with a narrow approach road condition. Food and amenities are moderate."
