We had a deep tub for a good soak after a long day of adventures. The hotel is in the town of Chucuito which offers a couple of historical sites to check out. Breakfast was included and the choices were optimal. The staff were wonderful. They were helpful, and had the best attitude. They have a pool and offer sauna, jacuzzi and massages for a price. I definitely would recommend this place."

He helped her get oxygen when she needed it, put our bags in our rooms, made sure the wi-fi was working, that we had filtered water and any other needs we had always with a smile on his face. He make our nights in Puno comfortable and special. Also, the people at the front desk were also terrific. Overall a great stay."
