"The room wasn't big but it was clean, and the breakfast was simple but decent. The location was excellent, within walking distance of a supermarket and Lake Titicaca. The service was very good; the front desk staff helped with photocopying and printing travel documents, and all inquiries were answered and assisted. Recommended."

GGuest UserThe staff was friendly and enthusiastic. We forgot our computer on the bus, and the hotel staff helped us find the bus and retrieve the computer through the door surveillance. We were very touched and would like to thank the girl who helped us again. The hotel has a good location, clean rooms and rich breakfast.

GGuest UserThe man at the front desk was extremely kind. Everyone else was also kind. When I asked for a taxi to the bus terminal at night but couldn't get one, they sent me a taxi instead. I'm grateful.
I think it would be more comfortable if they could improve the bathroom's facilities to remove moisture. I'm satisfied. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and you could go to the Arms Square for a minute. Great location. The breakfast was very rich, one or two new foods were changed every day, and the staff was very enthusiastic. The half-day tour of the floating island is also booked at the hotel, 6 dollars, including the hotel-quay transfer, before the Peru hop to see 15 dollars, this itinerary is reasonable, the floating island is worth seeing.
