"It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary."

"I stayed here for a business trip. This was my first time staying at a Marriott group hotel in Pune, and even though it was a Fairfield, I had high expectations, but I think my expectations were too high.
The good points were that there was plenty of bottled water (4 bottles) and the queen-size bed was comfortable. Also, the front desk staff were polite.
The bad points were that there were no slippers and the glass partition in the shower was only half-way, so after taking a shower, the water flowed down to the floor on the toilet side.
Also, since it's an Indian hotel, it can't be helped, but the breakfast was mainly Indian food. I couldn't help but eat Indian food, so I chose something other than Indian food for breakfast.
The price with breakfast was cheaper than the other hotels I was considering, so I think I'll return. However, the next time I stay, I'll bring my own slippers."

"Location is good, but the hotel is getting old. The furniture, floor, etc. are all relatively worn out. Bed is uncomfortably hard. Fitness room relatively small, but everything you need is of good quality. Pool is good, on the sunny side, but the loungers are full of stains, not particularly pleasant.
Other hotels in Pune are in much better condition.
Breakfast is good. Eat good. Staff of course extremely friendly! People are just great in Pune. Unfortunately we got the same room opposite the elevators for the second time. Very noisy until late at night. Probably not going to this hotel again."

The room is Near and Clean. The bathroom is clean. The shower is working with hot and cold water properly.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. One recommendation to a hotel, the pillow mist and room spray is too much. The perfume smell is too strong which caused me not able to sleep that well. Please reduce it.
