"Many thanks to the receptionist, I think it was Ms. Ren. Breakfast wasn't included when I booked the hotel, but she provided it for free, and even informed me beforehand that it wasn't very good (which was confirmed the next day). The hotel environment was truly excellent, with fresh air. However, the room was a bit problematic. First, the TV wouldn't turn on; second, the bathtub wouldn't fill; and third, the shower faucet was noisy. Overall, the surrounding area was nice. The room was quite old."

"Extremely satisfied. It's exactly what I wanted—clean, tidy, and hygienic. Newly renovated, with automatic curtains, a toilet, and a large-screen LCD TV (though I was on my phone and didn't turn it on, which was a waste). Breakfast was included, and the selection was quite extensive. The chefs and staff were very polite. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, and there were no hidden charges."

"Seriously, stay away from this hotel. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to in the mainland. The only good thing is that the bedsheets are at least clean and hygienic, and the towels are also freshly washed but other than that, this hotel really needs to be renovated. Everything is stained. Everything is dusted. It is very obvious that they do not clean it nor maintain the rooms. You will see that the wall wallpapers are already torn down with a lot of suspicious stains, which I cannot recognize. Even the countertops are very dusty, the carpet is full of stains and dirt. A lampshade in the bathroom is broken and as you can see from the photos that I shared even the Security Door Lock is not working. Oh, and there is a scary sofa too, which I dare not touch. When I first got into the room, I can even hear very loud KTV singing from the lower floor so I asked the receptionist if it is possible to put us in a room without so much noise, but she said that that is not possible at all. Yes this hotel is cheap, but even so, there is still an acceptable level of hygiene expected of hotels. If I wasn’t so tired & it wasn’t so late at night, I would have left the hotel & find somewhere else to sleep at. If I were you, stay away from this hotel, and I urge trip.com to remove it from their listing."

The room was not only spacious and bright, but also spotlessly clean, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The windows were excellent soundproofing; despite being on a street, it was very quiet. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a fusion of Chinese and Western styles, and the food was delicious. The location is also superb, right next to the subway station and shopping district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's excellent value for money, and will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city! Highly recommended!"
