The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service was truly exceptional. Our entire stay was fantastic! The daily breakfast was delicious, and we loved every minute of our time there. They even provided a thoughtful goodnight dessert in the evenings.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are incredibly comprehensive, providing everything from disinfectant wipes, makeup remover wipes, mouthwash, and disposable bath and face towels, to an air purifier and even a clothing care cabinet. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided. The environment is lovely and perfect for taking pictures. It's also super convenient for a stroll along Meizi Lake, and it's wonderfully quiet at night. The individual breakfast portion provided was delicious, and unlimited coffee refills were a great perk!

The location is excellent, right by Meizi Lake Park. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and they generously provide multiple complimentary bottles of mineral water and beverages. The owner is incredibly warm, generous, and operates with integrity. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Puer.
