房間非常整潔舒適，大落地窗，一次性物品很齊全，去了老闆會熱情招待喝咖啡或者茶。地理位置非常好，共享單車就在社區門口，騎個六七分鐘就能到鴻豐客運站，周圍還有好多賣早餐水果的，再騎幾分鐘就到思茅老街啦。

非常安靜，老闆人很好，性價比很高。
衞生：挺乾淨的，入住那天就看到老闆在拖大廳，房間裏也乾淨。
設施：該有的都有，馬桶是智能的。

超級超級推薦，性價比可以排整個雲南前列，床品是在雲南旅遊用過最舒服的，特別是枕頭，居然有低枕，太適合頸椎不舒服人了，老闆娘特別好，家裡的茶也很好喝，強推！
