衞生還行，有一次性洗臉巾等用品。周邊安靜。
但是特價房的位置很奇怪，在儲物間旁邊，如果工作室有人進出開關門很吵。睡覺時感覺到下水管道在頭頂不斷有水聲。
彷彿是每層樓特地做出來的一個特價房，不是真的實惠。
