Clean, pleasant hotel in a quiet location just a short walk away from a mall with lots of dining and shopping options. Great for a layover. The complimentary coffee sucks, and whatever paid coffee there is is constantly out of commission. Service from the two reception girls was friendly and helpful.

存在嚴重安全隱患！帶長者和兩個幼兒園的孩子入住。半夜長者去衞生間，無意中摸了一下化粧鏡，整個鏡子竟然全倒了，砸在長者身上。這鏡子特別重，一個女生根本就扶不住，最後是我起來一起把鏡子扶住的。這麼重的鏡子要是砸到孩子身上，小孩子就被拍死了。這鏡子不但有玻璃還有電啊。酒店讓我們半夜換個房間，搬家全過程是我一個人跑了好幾次來回拿行李，長者抱着已經睡着的孩子，根本沒人幫助。前台説半夜沒有負責人，負責人第二天8點上班。結果第二天一直到九點半也沒負責人主動聯繫我處理。無奈衹能聯繫攜程，攜程幫助協調最後才見到了店長。店長要帶長者去檢查身體，説實話，多虧了我家長者比較胖，換個瘦點的至少會骨折。長者一再承諾，我有醫保不會訛詐你們。長者身體的傷害不太大，主要是受到了很大驚嚇，嚇的一宿沒睡，兩個孩子後半夜也嚇的一直哭。酒店後來就沒有任何錶示，在攜程的協調下，退了一宿200多的房費，一直到現在也對我家長者孩子沒有任何錶示。這是我家長者和孩子命大，如果長者不被砸，第二天一大早兩個淘氣孩子一定也會去摸鏡子的（有娃的都懂得），後果不堪設想。如果命不硬，千萬別住這酒店！
