"Great location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Museum, Providence City Center, train station and more. We booked a view room that is really a veritable ”room with a view”. Every day, we can watch the morning light, the sunset, the birds fly, and the cargo ship enters and exits the port... The hotel faces India Point Park and you can take a fitness walk. The items provided in the room are very useful, the American breakfast is solid, there are restaurants and bars in the hotel, but we may not be open because there are not many guests during our stay, the restaurant is open or not."

"Arriving at the hotel in advance due to the ticket, it is not allowed to check in early. We will store the luggage in the hotel and go shopping in the supermarket. The location of the hotel is good! I bought a good thing and went back to the hotel to check in, but I still waited for 40 minutes. After the hotel customer service, I gave away the breakfast as a gift! The hotel room is very small, the so-called big bed room results in a very small bed, the bathroom is bigger, the quality of the facilities is good, very close to Brown University!"

"Our hotel, probably located along the road, was incredibly noisy even with the windows closed. I could hear cars whirring outside constantly. During check-in, the front desk clerk didn't ask for my credit card for the deposit and parking fee. The next morning, the room alarm went off twice after 6:00 AM. For unknown reasons, they called again after 8:00 AM to ask if I hadn't used my credit card to pay for parking. It was truly terrible."

"I stayed in this hotel with my children for 2 weeks. The room was large and new, without any decoration smell. The kitchen facilities were complete, the sound insulation was good, the breakfast was affordable, the hotel was cleaned every other day, the gym and laundry room were complete, and it was a pet-friendly hotel. I saw many tourists with dogs. The shopping mall and the station next to it were not far away and could be reached on foot. I will book here again next time."

The bedrooms were the perfect size with a luggage rack (which my parents greatly appreciated). The beds were cozy. The location is great with restaurants right there and just a mile from Brown University. Directions upon arrival were clear and specific. Lastly, the charcuterie board we ordered was delicious! We are so glad we added that to our stay."
