"Our second time at this amazing hotel, lovely hotel, food and staff are wonderful. In particular Anna and Azhar. There were more to name but didn’t catch them all. Very clean and looked after hotel. Situated near the strip of Protarus. If you are thinking of booking then please do so as you won’t be disappointed. A lovely touch is not having to take your beach towels as you get given fresh ones each day, with your designated sun bed of your choice for the duration of your holiday. The maid knocking at your door each evening with a couple of little chocolates for you was so sweet."

"Just returned from a 10 day trip, 4th visit so that says it all really, the staff are absolutely fantastic, they can't do enough for you and so nice to be recognized by so many of them, hotel is spotless and the food and choice of restaurants is spot on, so nice not to have to stress about getting a sunbed as they are allocated upon arrival, keep doing what you are doing Sunrise Pearl!!"

"Very good location - not at the beach but 5 min walk. Quiet enough for sleep and relax at night. Rooms clean, nice quilt/duvet on the bead instead of thin sheet for night ! 1st pool for families is loudy, sunbeds hard to find free at morning - luckily the adult area with 2nd pool is better for relax. Meals 8/10 - You can always find something to choose, very good fishes . I would choose it again if possible next time."

Kapetanios Bay Hotel Protaras

"Just got back from another two week holiday at the kapitanios bay hotel, our third visit but unfortunately probably our last . Most of the staff are great , there was one issue when the receptionist guy got a bit pissy because we were moaning about the air conditioning which was failing on 40 degree days, the maintenance guy finally got it working again properly, we heard that several people had had AC issues . The pool area is great but ruined by no one enforcing the hotel rules , the sun bed thing is ridiculous, outsiders turning up early in the morning in a car to put towels on beds then driving away for hours . Their no ball rule isn't enforced either with unruly young adults making a nuisance of themselves .they allow hoards of teenagers into the pool area at weekends who do not follow any rules at all , including bringing In outside food , as McDonald's is next door they bring in food to eat , whilst we saw paying guests told to go outside the complex with their burgers and chips. The food in the pool area is generally good , I do think 7 euro for one pitta bread and two bitter tasting dips was a rip off tho , the cleaning staff are great and go out their way to help. On one night they have a Greek night at the front of the hotel , it looks to be a great night but the music was so loud we weren't able to stay ,, we have my 86 year old dad and two under 5s who couldn't stand the loudness , even the staff shook their head at the noise . Overall we had a great holiday but it could have been better , if u are in a wheelchair the lifts are tiny and just about squeeze through with very little room . One day we waited at least 15 minutes for an empty lift to go down for breakfast as there was very little extra room with a wheelchair in there ."

Atlantica Aqua Blue

"Simply stunning hotel We had a fantastic stay at the Aqua Atlantica Blue in Protaras. Our swim-up room was stunning and made the holiday feel extra special. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and excellent quality. What really stood out was the staff, who were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their service made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The transfer from the airport was relatively quick, which was a great start to the holiday. The hotel is also conveniently located just a 4-minute taxi ride or a 6-minute bus journey from the main strip, with the bus costing only €2. Overall, we couldn’t fault our experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily return ourselves."

Narcissos Waterpark Resort

"We were here at the very beginning of the season so they had to start up a little but they did great and we had a very lovely holiday at the Narcissos hotel & waterpark. Everything looked nice and clean, the kids had fun in the pool en on the slides, we all enjoyed the food & drinks and the staff was very friendly, especially the men from the restaurant (Panos, Andreas and Takis) worked very hard and did their very best to give us a good time. Maybe we'll come back here some time!"

Evalena Beach Hotel

"I stayed here for a week and left today. Staff were lovely and building is nice and modern however whenever we was in our room we could hear everyone in their rooms. Next to us there was someone screaming at his partner for a few hours then I think he left and new people came in. The thin walls made it so we could hear their tv all day and night. We also saw a cockroach in the hall way and below is a picture of pink sausages we had at breakfast. Not worth the money. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money to be there"

Vrissaki Beach Hotel

"The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, with easy access to the beach and the promenade. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. We booked an all-inclusive stay, but the lunch and dinner were not very good. The food was bland, lacked flavour, and it often felt like the same food was being served for lunch and then again for dinner, sometimes reheated. The breakfast and snack time were good, but because of the quality of the lunch and dinner, we ended up eating out every single day. When you pay a significant amount for an all-inclusive holiday, having to pay for dinner outside the hotel every day is far from ideal. Another issue was the power banks available in the lobby and by the pool. In my experience, these were essentially a scam. About a week after returning home, I was charged money from my card, and despite trying to contact the company responsible for the power banks, I have had no response. I find it very strange and disappointing that a hotel of this standard allows such an unreliable company to operate on its premises. That said, I want to give special recognition to George at the reception bar. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and service-minded throughout our stay. Five stars to him! Some of the staff serving breakfast and lunch were also excellent. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely and has a great location, but unfortunately, the food really let the experience down. I would not return unless the food improves. When paying this much for an all-inclusive holiday, having to eat dinner elsewhere every day is simply not acceptable."
