"Simply stunning hotel We had a fantastic stay at the Aqua Atlantica Blue in Protaras. Our swim-up room was stunning and made the holiday feel extra special. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and excellent quality. What really stood out was the staff, who were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their service made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The transfer from the airport was relatively quick, which was a great start to the holiday. The hotel is also conveniently located just a 4-minute taxi ride or a 6-minute bus journey from the main strip, with the bus costing only €2. Overall, we couldn’t fault our experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily return ourselves."

"We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff are the friendliest and kindest people we have ever met. They are always helpful, welcoming, and smiling, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. What makes this hotel truly special is its warm, family-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The rooms are spotless and very well maintained. Everything is kept clean and comfortable throughout the stay. The food is absolutely delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty dishes every day. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would especially like to thank the wonderful lady at the reception, who is truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made our stay even more memorable. "Excellent holiday at the Odessa Beach hotel in Protaras. The staff were fantastic and very friendly at all times. David the head waiter is an amazing and cheerful staff member always looking after guests in the restaurant. Georgia was also humourous and well liked.Mikalis served in the various bars and was also chatty, friendly and an excellent drinks maker. David actually made our holiday complete when we mentioned celebrating our 50th anniversary on the third day. He ordered for us a chilled bottle of Champagne with our evening meal which was very kind and thoughtful. I would not hesitate in recommending the Odessa for a relaxed and very comfortable holiday, we've already booked for next year."

"What impressed us the most was the genuine friendliness of the entire team and the fact that guest satisfaction clearly comes first. We actually changed rooms twice. The first room didn’t have the sea view we had hoped for, and although the second one did, we later realized that the layout simply wasn’t right for us. Even though the hotel was fully booked and we had already accepted the second room, the management still went above and beyond to find a solution. In the end, they found the perfect room for us. Their dedication to making sure we were happy was truly exceptional and far from something you can take for granted. The breakfast was excellent, the pool bar was fantastic with attentive service, and the overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everything was very clean, service was efficient without long waits, and the breakfast area, restaurant, and lounge created a stylish, relaxed atmosphere, often accompanied by pleasant lounge music. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable – and I’m quite picky when it comes to mattresses! The only suggestions for improvement would be the wine list, which could offer a better selection, especially more high-quality and local Cypriot wines to discover. Also, offering only 3-star Metaxa felt surprisingly out of place in a hotel of this otherwise excellent standard. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"Me and my partner visited the Sunrise Jade Hotel for one week in August, from the very beginning of our stay here we felt extremely welcome by the hospitality from all members of staff. All facilities here are excellent with a beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious rooms, delicious food (especially restaurant Ginger), great entertainment and all areas of the hotel being very clean and calming. There is also a beautiful little beach bay next to the hotel gardens, which was great for snorkelling. If you want to visit a luxury hotel in Cyprus this is the place to visit! We would definitely return here as the hotel staff made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you once again to the Reception staff, General Manager, Restaurant and Bar Manager, Nikolas and Reshna."

"The hotel is very clean and well presented In general. The rooms also clean and spacious. Brilliant Aircon. Located a short walk from both Pernera and the Protaras strip. The strip is bustling but family friendly. We had an evening stroll with small child a couple of times and never felt intimidated or vulnerable. The holiday was good value for the time of year. The hotel was busy but I can't see I noticed the noise, even when we had an early night. The staff were all friendly however there was one male member of staff who mainly worked on the bar at the splash pool When he was on shift, he was always closing it to go wondering about. There was a lady on there one day and I don't think she left once so I am sure he was just a skiver. Frustrating when you've paid all inclusive and can't get a drink."

We loved the beach so spent most days there, I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a see view but the room only got the sun in the morning until 10 am so wouldn’t pay the extra for that room even though it was nice hope this helps everyone"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay."

Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

"We’ve just come home from a week at St. Elias and we’ve already booked another stay for July 2027 - after saying we’d never return to the same place! The food is the best AI food we’ve had, great quality and variety. Drinks are great, fresh cold water machine available to fill your own bottles/cups or you can ask for bottled water. Rena in the restaurant always made the kids smile bringing over our drinks at lunch and dinner - they looked forward to seeing him. The entertainment girls do an incredible job of keeping everyone entertained. They really do go above and beyond to learn all the kids names and to ensure they are all included in the activities. Our son has never wanted to go to kids club before but they made him feel really welcome and he loved it. They have games throughout the day, quizzes on the sun loungers and they perform brilliant shows in the evening - they’re all so talented! We stayed the second week of July and didn’t experience any sunbed wars. Some days we came back from the beach between 1/3pm and were still able to get beds right next to the activity pool. The lifeguards would ensure that no beds were left for hours with just towels and no belongings. The lifeguards also did a brilliant job of keeping everyone safe, one child came into difficulty after going down the slide and the lifeguard jumped in straight away to help him to the side of the pool. There is a shuttle bus to the strip/beach, but we found it easier to use taxis or walk as the bus can get busy - it was only €12 for a taxi. Another huge bonus - you can use the app Wolt to get Starbucks delivered to hotel reception - who wouldn’t want to start their day with an iced caramelised banana latté! I also have to mention Flouris - he made our holiday! He was always on hand to give us personal recommendations for the best/least busy time to visit the beach, restaurants to go to, activities to do, he was so helpful!! Also a wonderful touch that we’d see him the following day and he’d ask how it went. On our final day we had a late pick up and we were unable to keep our room due to availability, Flouris could tell I was stressed about how I’d get our family of 4 showered and ready for the airport. Later that day he was able to find us a different room to get ready in - I’m so grateful to him for taking that weight off our minds so that we could fully enjoy our last day. He is an absolute credit to the hotel!"
