"I'm giving it two stars instead of one because I have to say that the hotel is definitely very nice and extremely clean... the room was welcoming and tidy. It's a shame that in the morning, when we went to breakfast, we expected something completely different. First of all, there's no way the food is counted (we arrived at 9:30 and breakfast is served until 10:30), the cold cuts and cheeses are kept in such a way that only the waiter can serve you and you can't take them yourself (the waiter was completely panicked and inexperienced, but this is not his fault). The menu listed three types of desserts, but only one was available (I've been in lower-star hotels where there were at least three varieties). The bread that was left was dry, and the waiter admitted it, apologizing. I'd say that if breakfast is supposed to be like this, the star rating should go from 4 to 2."

"A truly disappointing experience – definitely not recommended! Our group stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very unpleasant experience, especially during breakfast. We were ushered into a small café area and served a very sparse and limited breakfast, while other guests were enjoying a much more varied breakfast in a separate restaurant. When I asked why we were being treated differently and if I could see the other dining area, the staff offered no response. They simply turned and walked away without a word. Some of the waiters even spoke in Italian and laughed. Even though I don't speak Italian, body language is universal — and it was clear their attitude was disrespectful. We brought our complaints to the front desk, but our concerns were completely ignored, and no solution was offered. No apologies were given, and no consideration was shown. This is simply unacceptable service for a hotel. If you don't want to start your day angry or disappointed, I strongly advise you to avoid this place."

"The hotel is located in the historic center of Prato, in the pedestrian area, but at the same time close to the Serraglio car park. Friendly staff, clean and good breakfast. Also very available to meet the needs of my 4 year old daughter."
