Die Hotel is super nice, the personal or employees are great friendly and helpful especially the frontdesk especially ms. Adela, who’s not tired to explain and help me and other guest . The spa area is nice as well. Breakfast selection is great, the room is nice the paninis view and also the bed is comfortable to sleep right after a long day of walkingWe will definitely comeback again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Panorama for a weekend. Hotel looks lovely, however we had a bit of a issue with our booking. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. When I made the reservation it wasn’t clear that there was an addition charge to use the swimming pool. So when we went to use the swimming pool we’ve been advised that we needed to pay. We pointed this out to the manager, who has been really helpful. They saw the it wasn’t very clear that there was an addition charge for the use of the Spa so they agreed to give us a complementary day. Other than that we didn’t have any issues. Hotel looks nice and it’s not too far effrontery amenities.

It looks great at first online but in reality everything is an add on. So the room is sufficient, clean but has an old feel and energy and outside a droning motor all night. There’s nothing panoramic about being on the 5th floor - it certainly doesn’t feel 4 star.. All in all ok for a stay but little feel of Prague or Czech Republic.

Was there for the WYYC 2025 in Prague and this was next to the venue. There is a shopping mall just at the back of the hotel with lots of shops.

It is an old property so some parts look their age, besides that a perfect hotel for families, location is fantastic and staff is very helpful. Great views of the city

Right next to the metro stop. It is a budget hotel so the breakfast is low quality (croissants and cheeses, for example, are present but my finicky partner turned his nose up at them), the pool with the view is very simple and not worthy of being called a spa. However, the staff were all lovely and we would happily stay again (but would skip the breakfast, personally). :)

No very good. Far from the attractions of the city. They need to improve cleaning.

Although the hotel and the room facilities feels a little aged, but really enjoyed the entire stay!

Arrived at the hotel and deducted 1500 CZK deposit, it's been more than half a month since I checked out and I still haven't gotten a refund!
