It is a bit hard to get park outside the hotel, but in general it is really good. Was travelling with my grandma and bathrooms where a little inconvinient, some rooms have stairs to get to the bathroom. In the end they changed her room to a flat and everything was fine.

Location was great but it’s an uphill walk to visit many of the attractions of Porto but there is public transportation although we opted to walk instead. It is close to the Douro River and a close walk over to Gaia via the bridge. The hotel is modern with an elevator comfortable furniture but there is limited surface area in the bathroom or bedroom (like a nightstand or desk) to store and use personal items like shaving kit or makeup. Bathroom is up a set of stairs not great for older travelers. Loved the security of the hotel and employees were very helpful. Close to many shops and restaurants. Safe to walk during the day and evening. We ate breakfast at the hotel a couple of the days we were there and it’s convenient but pricey at 18 euros a person.

Excellent service and lovely breakfast. Would recommend to anyone who likes boutique hotels. Location is great as well just one street away from the river and close to all the sights which are walking distance.

Location is excellent, next to the river. Lots of tourist destinations, bars and restaurants nearby. Service and breakfast is excellent. Room very nice.

Very close to the Rebera River! The hotel staff is very friendly! When checking in, we also gave a bottle of white wine (placed directly on the table in the room) and a welcome drink, which can be exchanged at the cafe next to it! There is an elevator, stable hot and cold water, good air conditioning, and very quiet! It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Rebera River, and it is also close to the Luis I Bridge! Because we told to check out very early in the morning, the service staff also helped us prepare breakfast for us to take away the next morning!

The hotel is in a great location. It is a short walk from the Douro River, the Palacio de Bolsa, the Cathedral and the riverside night market. There are many restaurants around. Walking distance from Sao Bento Station. The hotel has few breakfast options. Omellet can be ordered. The room was ok. But ours had no cupboards. Only a shelf was left on the small table. It's hard to hang coats. The elevator didn't work during the few days I was there. As it is a four-star hotel, a bottle of wine is provided. Apples are available at reception.

The hotel staff were so so kind, especially the curly-haired person who took care of the breakfast. The hotel location was also great. I was able to take a walk along the river after breakfast. I wish the shower facilities had better drainage. Anyway, I am satisfied with everything overall. Especially the staff.

The location, environment and sanitation are all very good. The sound insulation is also good. The breakfast is very nice and highly recommended.
