"Upon arrival, there was a large staircase and no elevator in the hotel, which was not specified when booking. The room is okay with a good bed, but the reading light doesn't work on one side! The bathroom is very small and dated. Everything is just patchwork. The seals in the small shower are dirty, the toilet brush is broken and very dirty. Breakfast is okay, although the coffee machine was out of order that day. The welcome is friendly, but the junior staff is overwhelmed. The window opens onto a "terrace" and offers no view of the harbor. We were in room 208."

"The hotel is located in between Collioure and Port vendres. Therefore the location is not the most convenient. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The service was good and the lady who was on duty at 8pm was fluent in English, which was helpful."

"Wonderful Restaurant Reception friendly and professional Room comfortable, bed and linen good. Bathroom small but well equipped. Very clean Bar - quick and efficient service with a good range of drinks. Food - simply excellent. The Hotel restaurant deserves its title of 'Table Distinguee'. Breakfast - fresh good quality products - buffet style. Two small things. First the dining area needs an attack of the feather duster to removed cobwebs from the windows. The first night we had to ask for a bottle of water 3 times (it arrived with apologies). The second night after 5 requests for a bottle of water, my wife went to the bar and on the 6th time of asking the water arrived (but no apology)."
