"A dream like experience, the stay was exceptional, can't explain in words. People here will make you feel at home. They will behave as a sister, a brother, a guide. Veronica was there for us from the very first moment. She loves and caress my son like she have known him from a very long time. For her I could have my breakfast on time, as she helped me with him. Rupa was there to take care of our food , especially the children. The breakfast spread was really impressive. For every age group,, every temperament, one can find food. I could feed my son (9 month) tiny bits of these e.g Pongal, pancake, moong chilli, idling, hot and cold milk. For this special thanks goes to Mr. Pandurangan, the Chef. And Mr. Sivaprakash was supervising all this matter very meticulously, so that no guests face any issues. He was himself looking after the toaster. Nikita, Nitish, Steven all were super helpful. We booked the queen rooms for our stay, but it was congested for the 2 adults and 2 kids. So we had an room upgrade for free. Febronia helped us in this matter. She understood our problem like a family member. Coming back to the property, it is super clean, bathrooms are up to date with toiletries provided. One won't feel any problem regarding drinking water, it is provided in the rooms and there is a pantry in each floor also where there is provision for hot, normal and cold water. Preparation of tea and coffee in the rooms was made easy. Above all, more than the materials, the behavior of each and every one amazed us. Loved to stay here!!"

Hotel less than a year old and rooms well equipped with facilities , kettle, tea making facilities all to a good standard.We had a second floor sea front room , so woke up to the sound of the waves ...no complaints about that. Very good price for the location, and access is easy as help is provided with the luggage from the road close by. Close to White Town, about a 5 minute walk. Recommended for a good value for money hotel in an excellent sea front location."

Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too"
