"The welcome from the lady called Rose was not welcoming, she was rude in her tone when we asked about the restaurant closing times. After placing an order for our food she didn't explain how we should pay and just said the food its booked under the room, next thing when collexting food she mentioned that I need to come back quick as i didnt have my bank card with, because she wanted to close the till. She even mentioned that i should not eat 1st but drop food and come back because she wants to close. This lady Rose needs training in customer service else she shouldn't be on the front desk."

"I'm a but conflicted with this hotel because some parts were really good but some not so good. The room was big and airy however the bed was too soft that it felt like my whole body fell into a hole and that made it difficult to sleep. Before going to sleep the geyser in the room started leaking and the shower head fell off when I was taking a shower. So it felt like I was given a room that was under renovations or something. However, the good part is that the food was super delicious and the staff's customer service was so good. You know that the place is well run when the customer experience is the same from reception, to staff at the diving area and even the cleaner (my opinion 😉)"

"The rooms are clean which is what one all needs really, the bed comfortable and clean and for a budget friendly accommodation I was not expecting amenities but they had a few and very nice ones. The shower head was all over the place but I think if I had enough time to report it they could have fixed it (I hope). The food was not so great but hey, I was not expecting a 5 star dish and if you don't want to dine with them there are close enough convenience shops or uber in takeaways. As a last minute book as other accommodations that I usually go to were fully booked, this was really nice and I would go back."
