"Disappointing experience at this hotel considering who owns it. The setting is superb. Peaceful and beautiful. The room was very nice with a great balcony. However, the bath is in the middle of the room which is fine but there is nowhere to put the shower gel. This has been overlooked. Because of this the shower gel smashed on the floor and was not replaced. We were left with a broken bottle for the rest of our stay despite advising them. The breakfast is ok. It’s very healthy and could do with slightly more options for those of us who don’t come on holiday to be healthy! The pool area needs attention. The decking is uneven in places and I stubbed my toe. The decking surrounding the pool is a wasp oasis. Unfortunately, I hate wasps. When I finally found a safe spot to enter, the pool was cold. We have a pool at home so I am well aware of how 24/26 degrees feels. I did not feel comfortable having to walk down to the restaurant area from my lounger where people were having leisurely lunches to ask for a drink or another towel. Maybe, a buzzer service would be more appropriate. Jumeirah has this and it works well. A tip I would give is to order a taxi an hour before you need it"

"Arrived at hotel and was greeted with a warm smiley lady which made us feel very welcomed , our room is on the first floor with a balcony , and we have a sea view . Lovely , our room smelt clean and fresh when we entered and we were really surprised how lovely it was ,really modern and extremely clean . Bathroom lovely with a walk in shower so looking forward to spending the rest of our holiday chilling in the surroundings . Pool on the small size which doesn’t bother us as we like the beach which is 2min walk away we will definitely return xx"

Hoposa Pollensamar Apartamentos

"Wanted an apartment for flexibility to discover the area. a small block of apartments just off the pine walk on arrival all key coded as the reception is st the hotel bahia, lady picked up straight away and talked us through obtaining the key, super easy. spacious apartment, although more wardrobe/drawer space would be useful. we are family of 3 & as we were only there 5nights not too much stuff but would have to leave stuff in case if there for longer. spotless clean, can get more towels , toiletries whenever required small pool area but no issues getting a bed or umberella & sea literally over the road wanted to review to show the staff appreciation but would like to keep it a secret so that it doesn’t get to busy!"

"Just returned from an excellent 10 night stay. We were half board and enjoyed both breakfast and evening meals. Plenty of choice for the size of hotel and great quality. Our children enjoyed the food but some children may struggle as there wasn’t chicken nuggets, hot dogs, plain pizzas etc. The BBQ 3 nights a week was great. The pools were ideal - great size, temperature etc. Only slight criticism would be that some tiles around the side of the pool need attention. Inflatable assault course was good fun. Rooms were well equipped and the layout suited us. Plenty of storage and hangers provided. Air-conditioning was excellent. Appreciated that the safe was free of charge. More evening entertainment wouldn’t go amiss. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hoposa Uyal. For us the location was great, it was on the sea front at the quiet end of town but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but would have benefitted from one of two more chairs to put things on."

"We stayed here for 10 nights from 6th September with our 2.5 year old, self-catering. It ticked all the boxes for us. A small hotel with excellent facilities for children at it’s sister hotel across the road, which also felt quite small, in a good way! Location was excellent, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. We found it to be very quiet which was again perfect for us. There was entertainment four nights a week at the sister hotel but either it had finished when we returned to the hotel or it was so quiet we didn’t hear it. We caught the end of one act in the bar one evening and it was very good. Our daughter loved the trampoline, the soft play and the mini disco. Big thanks to Alex who worked so hard trying to cajole a small group of 2/3 year olds while we were there. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, from reception to the cleaning team. One evening we ate at the sister hotel for bbq night and thought it was good value for money - €26 each but free for our daughter plus a free bottle of wine for booking before 6pm! We will definitely return here. Everything was so easy it meant we could relax and enjoy time as a family."

Mar Hotels Playa Mar & Spa

"A lovely holiday but a little rough around the edges. There was a big group of us - adults and children. The pools were great for all ages! However, there were lots of broken pool toys and discarded swimming clothes around the pool, especially under the bridge. The bridge needed some repairs and the glass barriers were very dirty. Food was great but nearly every time I picked up a plate it was dirty - sometimes on top and underneath. Most of the staff were lovely but one or two were a little rude and not very accommodating which felt a real shame. There was a QR code to scan for hotel info but I couldn't find a bar menu anywhere and what time the pools were open and closed. The bar area had several grabber machines which was frustrating as the children were begging for money constantly in the evenings. The spa was lovely and a real treat - I booked a massage and Diego was brilliant! The room was lovely but wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the bed in the living room was great for the kids but it squeaked so badly it kept waking my daughter up. In all it was a great holiday but needs a few improvements."

MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa

"Had 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Its location is perfect for the beach area and the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Agostina on reception who always went above and beyond to help us. The buffet was of a high standard and there was also a la carte nights which were excellent too. The only reason I haven't given the hotel 5 stars is we were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift."

"Honestly never leave a hotel review but I just had to as this place is literally the best kept secret and they deserve all the shout outs. Best all inclusive we've ever been on. The high-end boutique rooms were so unexpected and the staff were spectacular - special shoutout to Arslan, Alejandra and Luis but everyone was so wonderful. The beautiful food left out for us when we arrived at midnight on the first night was the kindest touch. Food was amazing across our whole stay! Al a carte lunches by the pool were also spectacular and we had handmade sushi twice for dinner over one week. Drinks were amazing and all the variety of AI. Pools were brilliant - three options to suit whatever you needed & the sea views were just wonderful. Honestly can't fault it. We will be back! Thank you!"
