"Honestly, It's my first time to stay at double tree by Hilton and I would say that it was memorable & impeccable experience! The location is superb! Only 5 mins walk to the old town/city centre. The hotel Furnishings are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was generous , delicious with different variations. The hotel Amenities like the gym, spa & sauna are super relaxing specially coming from a long trip. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The staff were helpful & courteous specially "GABRIELLA" shout out to her. If you are Coming from the bus/train station of Plovdiv take the bus no. 26 or 7. The price was ok for the services they've offered. I highly recommend double tree by Hilton and I can't wait to comeback and experience again my Hilton moments. The only things that miss my needs were the amenities in the toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush and etc and the rest were fantastic!"

"The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town and Japan’s areas. The room although a little spartan, was most comfortable and the breakfast varied and delicious. The host was most welcoming with a refreshing drink on arrival and accompanied me to park the car, only 200m or so nearby. It was a most pleasant stay"

"First of all, the location is excellent. It's near the starting point of Plovdiv's Old Town, making it convenient for sightseeing. Just across the street is the restaurant street next to the Dzumaya Mosque. This historic hotel is located in the Old Town. It's a great place to experience the antique atmosphere of the 19th and early 20th centuries. It feels like a historic hotel. The bedding was particularly comfortable, made of soft cotton, and the mattress was firm and comfortable, making it perfect for a comfortable sleep. I'm very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions promptly, so there were no problems. I initially requested breakfast, but after one night, I liked it so much I ordered it for the entire three days. I'm 100% satisfied with the staff, location, and facilities."

There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. "I can’t imagine staying anyplace better when visiting Plovdiv. We were a family of four with a car, and the apartment-style room we had was spotlessly clean and met all of our needs (and beyond). After contacting Bright House in advance, one of the two parking spaces was reserved for us, which was very convenient. The Kapana district with many bars and restaurants is right across the street, and most of the sights in Plovdiv are all a short walk away. Also, our room had a great balcony that overlooked the old town. A truly wonderful stay!"

"This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Once there she acted as my interpreter & paid for a Tetanus shot & Antibiotics plus dressings etc. Totally above and beyond her role and on her own time as she had finished her shift. The food in Avocado restaurant which is attached to reception is really delicious, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 The Staff were really polite and helpful and the 7 in our group were delighted we had chosen the Plaza. I will definitely be returning here."
