Grand Hotel Plovdiv ★★★★
"Despite booking for four people through your site and specifying my children's ages, they charged us an extra €150 for the children's room. The pool was listed as free, but I had to pay extra for it. Because of the indifference and poor attitude of the reception staff, I will not consider going back to this hotel. I'm so ripped off because of you that I won't be booking again, and I'm even deleting the app. We even paid for water! I've never seen anyone charge for water anywhere in the world, and I've never seen such a bad hotel."
A&M Hotel with Free Parking ★★★
"A business type hotel next to the railway station, so convenient for arrival and departure, but it was a bit of a walk into the centre of Plovdiv."
The Stay by Aston ★★★
"Its great place to get in when in downtown"
Best Western Premier Plovdiv Hills ★★★★
"I stayed in this hotel for several times without any problems. This time there was a problem with the AC and the drainage which I complained about after the first night. Seems like thr staff knew about it already but it wasn't fixed until I left."
DoubleTree by Hilton Plovdiv Center ★★★★
"Hotel strategy located next to Plovdiv old town. It’s very convenient to go around by walking to explore Plovdiv. Hotel room is great, all in good conditions. If I have a chance to visit Plovdiv in the future definitely will stay again."
Villa Flavia Heritage Boutique Hotel ★★★
"Everything was wonderful! The hotel is a real gem and the best place we have ever stayed. Remarkable customer service, perfection in the level of service, impressive presentation, thought and perfectionism in every detail. Admirations!"
Hotel Hello Plovdiv ★★★
"The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town and Japan’s areas. The room although a little spartan, was most comfortable and the breakfast varied and delicious. The host was most welcoming with a refreshing drink on arrival and accompanied me to park the car, only 200m or so nearby. It was a most pleasant stay"
Hotel Evmolpia ★★★
"Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Room is beautifully decorated and breakfast is excellent."
Philippopolis Hotel ★★★
"Everything as expected."

Landmark Creek Hotel Plovdiv
"Rooms and facilities are pretty new while the room easily has insects and mosquitoes due to location near the lake. Breakfast is good to above average with sufficient choices. Lady reception was helpful to advise potential parking in the Plovdiv old town while a gentleman at reception was unhelpful to do so."
Ramada by Wyndham Plovdiv Trimontium
"It is my first time to go to Bulgaria and Plovdiv in a foreign country, so the first impression of the hotel may become the first impression of this new city and country, so the good impression brought by this hotel makes me have a better understanding of this country and city. Like."
Park Hotel Sankt Peterburg
"This is a large hotel, located somewhat far from the city center, so having a car is advisable (if not essential) to get there. On the other hand, it has free parking right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for coming and going, although the first time you arrive it's a bit confusing since there's a barrier and nowhere does it indicate that it's the hotel's parking lot. You have to take a ticket and drive through as if it were a public parking lot, and then at reception they validate the ticket each time so you can leave without having to pay. The hotel is in a tall, large building with a "Soviet" style aesthetic, lacking any charm, despite being quite nice. The same was true of the room: very large, functional, it had everything necessary, it was on a high floor with a view... but without any charm! The hotel was half empty, if not almost completely empty, which also seemed strange. The staff were very polite, but lacked initiative. For example, upon arrival we asked about the pool, and they showed us where it was, but when we went down to swim, they told us it was already closed for maintenance at 6 pm... in the middle of August! Even so, the best thing about the hotel, at least in summer, is undoubtedly the pool (which is why we chose it, as it was very hot at midday). There were few people there, and the surroundings were rather unattractive, although the pool itself was huge and very pleasant. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. On the second day, we were the only couple at a table in the dining room, and they served us breakfast à la carte because they hadn't even set up the buffet. I suppose it was because there weren't enough guests. The overall impression was that the hotel was operating at half capacity, or as if it were about to close soon, or perhaps not, but a hotel of this size with so few guests gave a somewhat sad and run-down feel. In short, it's a good place to stay while visiting Plovdiv, if you have a car or other means of transport, but it lacks any real charm."
The Emporium Hotel Plovdiv - MGallery Collection
"Ultra modern rooms, outstanding dinner at Torro grande restaurant and breakfast at torro premium..."
Hotel Intelcoop
"The hot water in the shower came out immediately. The staff at the service counter was not so good. There was no abnormality in equipment. The lobby gaisen was noisy."
Holiday Inn PLOVDIV by IHG
"The hotel itself is fine, but the location is horrendous. As of 27 August, the construction is so large making crossing the intersection a huge hassle. Transportation is also horrible as buses run only once every 40 minutes, so you have to schedule yourself properly if you want to go to the city Centre. Moreover, calling taxis are incredibly difficult. Taxis attempted to call and no one wants to pick up guests here. If you’re staying in Plovdiv, get yourself a hotel in the city Centre because this location is not great."
HillHouse Plovdiv
"Friendly service, good breakfast"
Boutique Hotel Boris Palace & Restaurant
"First, taxis can't reach this hotel. Our group of four, with two suitcases, spent half an hour traveling back and forth before finally arriving. The hotel lacked all amenities: toiletries (including cups), a kettle, drinking water, napkins, slippers, etc. The room's air conditioning wasn't cold enough either. Breakfast cost €14 per person, but it turned out the landlord provided a fixed, simple meal per person, and refills of coffee were extra. The landlord wasn't very friendly. The only redeeming feature was its proximity to tourist attractions, and the hotel environment was acceptable."
Plaza Hotel Plovdiv
"This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Once there she acted as my interpreter & paid for a Tetanus shot & Antibiotics plus dressings etc. Totally above and beyond her role and on her own time as she had finished her shift. The food in Avocado restaurant which is attached to reception is really delicious, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 The Staff were really polite and helpful and the 7 in our group were delighted we had chosen the Plaza. I will definitely be returning here."
Bright House
"I can’t imagine staying anyplace better when visiting Plovdiv. We were a family of four with a car, and the apartment-style room we had was spotlessly clean and met all of our needs (and beyond). After contacting Bright House in advance, one of the two parking spaces was reserved for us, which was very convenient. The Kapana district with many bars and restaurants is right across the street, and most of the sights in Plovdiv are all a short walk away. Also, our room had a great balcony that overlooked the old town. A truly wonderful stay!"
Sps Hotel
"You pay 500lv but get a room as if it was a pension but if you book online get a beautiful room and I'm here to make a holiday not to work or anything I get a small room. The cleans also not right"
