硬件很好，3.8米的炕，很舒服。
服務人員態度非常好👌
空調製冷很好，安靜，有院子。
小插曲：退房後，服務小姐姐説咱居住房間的衞生間馬桶蓋壞了，但我從頭到尾居然沒有發現，想着酒店需要我賠付馬桶蓋，但店家處理結果也衹是告知我説是誤會。（估摸蓋子確實壞了，印象中有啥塑料小片掉下來，當時還納悶是啥？但不知是蓋子壞了。）
感謝點：在古城偶遇了十幾年不見的同學，約在貴院見面，服務小姐姐送了零食和茶飲我們，還幫着拍合照。（服務貼心）

提前聯繫並安排接送，給貼心處理我自己的傷口、忘記衣服安排了快遞郵寄並跟蹤服務，給了很好的旅遊路線建議，服務很周到體貼！書院是大院風格，鬧中取靜，滿滿的歷史感，大炕孩子打起滾來特開心。早餐“九宮格”也很有特色且豐富！整體非常滿意！👍👍👍

住的套房，位置，設施，餐食，服務都很棒！客棧為一個規整四合院，16間客房，房間內清代陳設低調奢華，院落整潔適合小憩，在平遙古城這個略顯喧囂的環境下像一片凈土。從接站阿姨、提行李的小夥子再到老闆娘，服務舒服有邊界感，臨走時還用專車送出。總體很好
