酒店在平遙古城繁華中心，緊鄰市樓，出行極為方便。酒店本身就有好幾進院，感覺比古民居博物館還要精緻。酒店服務一流，停車、拉運行李，都安排得井井有條。總之，一級棒👍

店家非常熱情，包接送，室內的毛巾拖鞋都是袋裝，衞生乾淨，讓人放心。
酒店自帶旅拍，很不錯。無論白天還是晚上，拍照都很出片。

房間特別漂亮，我們定的套房，每個房間都有一個2米4的大炕，我們一家四口住非常寬敞，炕的下面是床墊，軟硬很適中。酒店設計很漂亮，非常適合打卡拍大片。重點要感謝我們酒店的服務人員，走的時候我的手機掉在觀光車上，咱前台的小姐姐不辭勞苦的給我找到了，有時候緣分真的很奇妙，本來都以為丟掉了，結果還是找到了，真的非常感謝。給山西的服務👍。

對酒店的服務點贊，對住客的幫助是真心的，很真摯，讓人很親切！尤其是前台2000年的短髮小姑娘，像是老家的憨厚小妹。還有前台另一個女生，兩個人都很能站在住客的角度想問題，並且有解決問題的思維，遇到問題不急不躁，非常棒！
