We stayed here in this hotel 3 nights and have two dinner. Overall are much beyond our expectation.Staff are nice, friendly and really helpful. The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street near the South exit where one can enjoy. we would recommend those who want to experience Pingyao to stay in this hotel

ESPECTACULAR. Hotel hermoso, dentro de la muralla, limpio, ordenado, habitaciones grandes con todo detalle. No saben inglés pero se esfuerzan en entenderte. Tienen un restaurante dentro del hotel con comida riquísima. El buffet del desayuno es espectacular. Nos acomodaron en otra habitación de categoría superior sin coste alguno.

位置很好，在南大街主路上，出門吃飯方便。民宿會主動聯繫客人接送，服務主動。老房子改造很有特色，新裝修的房間裏設施比較現代化，就是還需透透氣。

客棧性價比很高！
入住時在下西門附近還有車接送到客棧。客棧在古城的中心地段，去哪都很方便。設施還算新，房間衞生也很好。住宿客人餐廳用餐還有優惠。老闆娘還介紹了古城和雙林寺的特價套票。
深宅大院的，父母回來時找錯房間，前台工作人員馬上不厭其煩的帶到了房間。天氣熱出門的時候想説問前台要一瓶水，馬上給我們拿了好幾瓶水讓帶着，還全程微笑服務，真是貼心。退房時每人都送了醋味道也很好。這服務這性價比想不跟家人朋友分享都難。

古色古香的晉商庭院，非常別緻，離南門（夜晚有燈光秀的牆門）非常近。店裡的飯館也不錯（“四小碗”菜量非常大且全是肉菜，實惠得有點吃不消🤣）。店裡還自帶旅拍團，我沒有拍，但看在拍照的客人的粧容，覺得不錯（且他們自己院子就能作為取景地，不會和一大羣人擠作一團拍成“大頭照”）。

I have mixed feeling about this inn. The reason I booked this place is because of high rating and its location in the old town. The service is really good. The reception lady come meet us and guided us to the Inn. There are shuttle bus take you from certain appointed gate to their inn, however we waited more than 30mins for this service where I have expressed my complaint. The front desk lady has redeemed herself by offered me a room upgrade, which is very nice. One thing I would like to point out is, there are lots of steps up down the courtyard due to the historical nature of the building style, it’s not easy to lift large suitcases. Then there is photography service which last till 10:30 to 11, would suggest you book a quite inner court room. Apart from these, I am happy with the service and it’s a beautiful inn.

Beautiful courtyard hotel right on the bustling South Street with stores and restaurants, and close to South Gate. Everyone on the staff team was super friendly and helpful and it was easy to communicate through translation apps.
