Even after changing rooms, the noise level remained the same. I suspect the top-floor rooms are similar. My room was 1203; the staff could try it out themselves to see if the environment was acceptable. The first room I stayed in was 1207, which was too close to the equipment on the adjacent platform, producing a loud buzzing sound. Switching to 1203 brought other noises as well. Since I was only staying one night, I figured I'd make do. The soundproofing was also very poor; I could clearly hear the neighbors talking."
