"The location of the hotel is very good, especially suitable for driving by car. There is a parking space and it is only more than 100 meters into the town. The hotel room is large enough, the bathroom is good, and the bedding and pillows are relatively comfortable. However, the breakfast variety is small, but I usually only stay for one day, so it's not a big problem."

"Our private Tuscany townhouse! Note: We traveled the week leading into Christmas and the entire town and the neighboring areas were all very quiet. There were a few restaurants and shops open but the town itself was very empty, with no tourists (which was great for us). My husband discovered La Bandita in CN Traveler and we were so excited to check it out. It was the perfect destination for our holiday getaway. Paola and Alessio were very helpful with helping coordinate the trip. They helped with restaurant reservations and gave great recommendations of things to do. Ask them about the thermal baths/pools at Albergo Posat Marcucci - they'll help arrange and provide a voucher. We were upgraded to a bigger room (because we were the only ones there) which was really comfortable. The bathroom was large with the tub, a shower, and a heated drying rack. Great water pressure from the shower. The one downside was there was this musty smell throughout the room - I think it's because of the lack of air circulation throughout. There's a restaurant onsite that had amazing reviews but it was closed for the holiday. We'll have to go back. There is also a beautifully designed "living room" where they have a record player and records, games, books, and a bar - they offer free prosecco apertivo and then everything else on an honor system. We didn't get the full Bandita experience but will definitely be back. "

"Pienza was one of the best towns so far on our bicycle trip from Florence to Rome and PienzalettingSuites were equally good, esp the room size and interesting layout and decor. The hosts were also excellent, esp with locking up our two bicycles inside their next door shop and trusting us with their key so we could unlock to leave early in the morning. We loved the charming town and the accommodation enough that we'd return anytime in future."

"This was our first accommodation in the Tuscany region after renting a car. We were lucky with the weather, so we had a wonderful experience. You shouldn't expect the accommodation to be super modern. However, it was incredibly clean in every corner, and since we had just come from Rome, the room and bathroom were really spacious. The breakfast was also delicious."

"⭐ 0/10 – Beautiful marketing, bitter reality If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience, stay far away. The owners are not Italian, the staff is not Italian, the kitchen is not Italian, and the atmosphere has nothing to do with real Tuscany. Everything feels like a staged tourist set—a polished, “Instagram-ready” version of Italy with zero soul or authenticity. They sell the idea of a traditional agriturismo, but the reality is artificial. The garden and exterior are glorified in photos, but in reality, it feels forced and fake. Lots of marketing, very little substance. Prices are high for what you actually get. On top of that, hidden costs and extra charges appear at the end. You don’t feel like a guest—you feel like a wallet. Extremely poor value for money. I would never return, not even for free."

"The service was excellent, at every level . The Pienza suite is stunning , with gorgeous views in every direction. The pool area looks out onto the fields and there is definitely no need to try to “reserve” a lounger ! Everything about this hotel is calm and efficient calm. If you express a need (eg decaf coffee capsules) it’s not only immediately acted upon, it’s remembered for the whole of your stay . The hotel offers restaurant service , booked and chosen in advance , but as there are a number of excellent restaurants within 20 mins or less, you don’t need to rely on the hotel restaurant . Breakfast was excellent ."

"Beautiful location in the Tuscan countryside! Our room is large with a full kitchen and a large bathroom. Plenty of room to spread out. The bed is very comfortable and everything is very clean. Yes, you can drink the water in Tuscany, so no worries! We are so pleased with are accommodations and Luca is a gracious host."

"This Agriturismo is situated around 15min from Pienza. We stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartment which is very spacious for 4 of us. The owner, Mr Vilmo Barbi gave us wine and lots of food and milk for breakfast, we couldn't even finish them since it's too much. On the last day he showed us his other villas with the breathtaking view! The best one is the villa with terrace. I regret for not staying at that villa, though it's only have 1 bedroom but the sofabed in the living room could have another 2 person, and the living room is so spacious also. We will definitely come back later! Val d'orcia is still very beautiful during winter time, weather was just perfect, not too cold, around 10-15C. We enjoyed every second we stayed there."
