Results 20 minutes after request: a barely cooked baguette that disappeared just as quickly, but good pastries all hot. You have to scrape the bottom of the jam jars and others to find something to use. Really disappointed."

"Great hotel to stay on the transit. Rooms are compact and clean and clean. Beds and showers are all right and hygiene is all right. Some disturbance was the terrible bad service in the restaurant where the food was very good. This can only be accounted for management that does not attract, adjust and train the right staff. Basic knowledge of the map and basic knowledge of English seems to me a minimum requirement in a 4-star hotel with a highly qualified restaurant."

The breakfast offered a rich selection of food, though the quality was standard and didn't quite stand out. Overall, it is a reliable and calm place for a getaway, especially if you are looking for quality spa treatments."

"Quite attractive auberge in the countryside, but nowhere near a dune. The room was average with a small shower in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the windows open and the shutters closed - luckily the road outside was not busy at night. All the bedding was made with nylon type man-made fabric, that is quick for the hotel to wash and dry but very uncomfortable on a hot night. The bar was convenient with outside seating. The restaurant seemed quite good but I made the mistake at the time of booking of taking up their special offer of demi-pension. The dinner was the cheapest menu on offer with no choice for any of the three courses. The entree and the main course were both inexpensive fish dishes - unfortunate if one did not like fish! It did not seem to be a special offer as the individual parts added up the what we paid, and although the inexpensive fish course was well cooked there were much better food choices on the other menus available."

"Don't be fooled by the misleading photos, the natural environment is beautiful, on the other hand this hotel is a disgrace, the rooms are dirty, damp with a strong smell of mold. The "SPA" equipment offered is dilapidated, poorly maintained and dirty. The staff is unpleasant and does not care about the well-being of the customer. The restaurant without comment, such a place should not exist, a real tourist trap. Nothing to do with the number of stars displayed, go your own way, it will save you from getting upset"

"Seemed OK at first. Accessible 2-bed apartment No. 013 as expected. Superficially, seemed clean enough. But then we noticed filth atop skirting boards, black patches on white net curtains in front of the trickle vents, and dirty toilet (see photos). The kitchen has minimal equipment - a couple of plates and cups and some cutlery. No sharp knife, no can opener, no corkscrew, no sink plug or washing-up bowl. Second bedroom furnished only with two beds, one headboard and one bedside table. Not even a bedside light of any kind, or a hook to hang something on. We won't return."
