The hotel listing shows that the hotel was renovated in 2024, but only 1 out of 5 buildings has been updated. I asked to be moved to a new room they said wait until tomorrow. The cleaning crew didn't come until 3 pm while I was back in the room asked them to come back later, at 6pm I called the front desk they said the cleaning crew left already even though they were still in the hallway. The front desk workers are not customer friendly and needs to be retrained. The AC didn't work I called the front desk no one showed up I called again after an hour finally the maintenance came and said they need me to leave the room for 1 hour for repairs at 10pm, finally I was moved to a different room.

Very good service and facility, centrally located with great atmosphere. Night manager was a bit inflexible, but they made up for that with generous late late check out. Very Impressed

This hotel was really nice, 2 swimming pools there, but my room wasn't so big. Cleaning system is fine, everything you need presents.

The hotel was ok. We were able to walk a few minutes and get to Patong Beach. Floating breakfast was available was a nice experience.

The resort property is situated in a great location, and the room itself is decent. However, that’s where the positives end. The services are abysmal, and the staff is incredibly inflexible. To start with, our check-in was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., despite our usual check-in time being 2 p.m. They didn’t even bother to inquire about our preference for a twin or double bed and promptly assigned us a twin bed. When we requested an immediate change, they informed us that they were fully booked and that we would have to wait an entire day to check into a different room. Additionally, I had to move my own baggage to my friend’s room at 7 a.m. the next morning. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for an upgrade as compensation for the inconvenience caused, they simply requested more money.

I stayed there for 5 night on their suite room, room was awesome. Clean room, friendly staff, good service & good breakfast. Couldn’t enjoy their pool as of my hectic schedule but pool looks appealing. And i cannot forget to mention the surprise birthday cake for my life, that was really special, thank you once sawadi staff for the cake. I had a pleasant stay, would love to stay there again.

I can not fault this establishment. The check in and check out was fast and smooth . The resort has two pools , the larger one gets a lot of Sun and the smaller one gets more shade which is perfect if you just want a cold plunge . The gym is basic but adequate , two treadmills , a few machines and free weights . We stayed for a week , breakfast doesn’t vary too much but it’s filling and satisfying. The room was spacious , cleaned daily - cleaning could include wiping of surfaces as this was not done . All staff are friendly , always smiling and greeting when they pass you . The location is perfect - not in the centre of the party hub but a quick 10 min walk . There are restaurants , laundry services , 7-11 etc next to the hotel so you will still be able to get what you need on a whim. I would gladly stay here again and recommend you do too .

I asked for king bed but they gave me 2 single beds then they combined them and when I asked she said this is our king bed which is a lie, after discussing with them, they provided the king bed. They don’t provide towels, slippers and toothbrush until you ask for that. Breakfast is good. One guy his name is Joe carries the luggage, he is a very good guy and polite.

Wonderful hotel for the price., with amazing ambience and 2 beautiful pools. The front desk staff looked seemingly aloof at checkin, however they were quick to provide an upgrade for convenience. The property, even though it’s huge, is always full in peak season. It is highly recommended you do not expect an early checkin and plan your arrival at checkin time. Much recommended.
