‼️ Watch out for ants in the room ‼️ There are so many ants, so I saw my carrier, my clothes, my things crawling around. I complained to the hotel, but when I came back, I emphasized forced room upgrade and I wanted a different reward than room upgrade. The hotel said it would wash my clothes, bag, carrier, etc., but I couldn't trust them. I felt so bad that the time was taken away when I was on vacation for five days as a traveler. The bedding in the room smells bad and the condition of the room is the worst. Please refer to various reviews and make a reservation for this hotel. I hope everyone else is okay. The response is so terrible

I had a wonderful stay at Sawaddi Patong! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The housekeeper name Mae, really did a good job to my room. It was spotless clean and smell nice everytime we came back from our tour/activity. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help - especially the staff name Ngo! I came with my 12 year old son. When i had to urgently grab something from the 7/11 store nearby, my son still wanted to swim at the swimming pool. I asked Ngo to help me lookout for my son. He willingly helped me by running back and forth the concierge, attending to guest and swimming pool, to lookout for my son. I was so pleased with him and I even looked for him at the resort upon checkout, just to tip him and thank him before leaving. My son was very happy throughout the entire stay here. He enjoyed the 2 big swimming pools especially! Appreciated the smooth check-in process when we arrived at late night. The bed is so comfy and im always ready to jump on it after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, close to public transport and popular attractions. They provide shuttle service to patong beach. Must book in advance. Well most importantly, I feel safe here. All the staff know us and I dont have to worry of my son roaming around on his own at the resort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend this!

Buffet breakfast is ok. Came with the room. Not sure I would actually pay extra for it. Pools are nice. Staff are pleasant. You can walk to the beach. Only real complaint was about noise coming from the room next door and people talking loudly in the hall at 3am

Staffs are very kind and helpful. When we checked in the rooms, we can still see some cigarette butt and hairs. And we need to ask the cleaner come in to clean it again. And the sound-proofing is super low. We can hear people walk by and the sound-proofing of the lift. Especially when you stay beside a sweet couple. Overall is okay 😊

Excellent services during the visit, very welcoming and friendly staff, the staff helped me a lot during the rainy date. The pool is wonderful with good view and music. The hotel is also close to nearby shopping mall and food court

Good Hotel, Value money. Good room. Unique design. Some water in Terrace not drain when raining. Good service from staffs.Love it ❤️

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet includes a variety of choices, from Western to Thai. The room is more spacious than expected which is a bonus.

Good hotel with good food and amenties.

Clean with nice pools (two pools). There is a gym that is not really equipped but just okay. The room i choose was nice and i liked my stay in the room - it was big, nice bathroom and a big bed. The only issue i had was with one of the staff who wasn't nice. She was rude and spoke to me aggressively - maybe be she was dealing with a lot or maybe not or maybe she saw a black person. The hotel should pay attention to service to customers ad treat everyone equally.

The rooms were good but bad soundproofing. Close to everything and a 10 minute walk fromall the action of the night

The location is about within walking distance to bangla street. The room is spaceful and with a big balcony . The swimming pool is so nice .

Got an free upgrade to pool view studio. Compared to last room I get, the position of the charging port on the bed is weird, which gives me an impression that the room was mean for twin bed instead of double bed. Other than that, all is well.

It was very nice staying .
