Wonderful resort for romance, rest and relax holiday. Love the very bit of this wonderful gem with tranquil villa! Good breakfast prepare with quality ingredients.

Slightly underwhelming, we stayed for two nights and ordered room service on the first night. The bedsheets and pillow case was supposed to be change every day unless requested. Both our pillow case and sheets were not changed like we were told. For the price we paid, that should be an absolute minimum.

Excetionally gooed service attitude by all kinds of staff. Responsive to requests by customers. May need to spray some insectides around sleeping bed and corners of restaurant.

Absolutely incredible place. Amazing service, convenient facilities, great views and value for money. The villas are breathtaking and relaxing, minimal noise throughout the entire day and evening, the beach is beautiful and clean. We’d come back every year if we could! Here’s the revised, more casual English version: We had an amazing four days at The Shore at Katathani! The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet only about a 15-minute drive to Kata Beach. A big thank you to the team for arranging such a beautiful pool villa for us. It was incredible to just lounge in the pool and watch the sunset every evening—it felt like a dream! The breakfast was another highlight. You can order freshly made Thai dishes like rice and noodles, which were super tasty, and having breakfast surrounded by the sea breeze and coconut trees was so relaxing. Even though the weather was cloudy half the time, the fantastic service totally made up for it. Every staff member was so friendly and always smiling. Special shoutout to Noah at the front desk—he was a lifesaver! Our flight schedule was a mess, but he somehow managed to arrange a late check-out for us even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also a small issue with turndown service one night, but Noah handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. We also want to thank Apple from the Harbor restaurant—her service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. And of course, a big thanks to all the bell boys, who were always so helpful and quick to respond to any request. This hotel made me fall in love with Phuket. It’s the perfect spot for couples, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends!
