I got room far from lobby, but the shuttle service is efficient. Near my room is restaurant pakarang a bit small but cozy. Breakfast limited choices. For family good decision.please don't late to breakfast because they closed at 10.30AM.

We had incredible stay at Amari. We were 3 people and got upgraded to superior room 6027. All facilities were all around the hotel. Its location is prefect getaway from chaos patong beach. Staff is professional. They worked nonstop 24/7 at your request. We have not been in Phuket for a long time this trip is memorable. Thanks to all.

Myself and my wife had a pleasant stay at the Amari Phuket where our room was facing the gorgeous Patong beach. We get to see the amazing sunset from our balcony. The room was great, but would be better if there are better lighting as the room is rather dim. But the services from the hotel was top notch. Highly recommended to anyone who prefer to stay at Patong area with a more quiet and private environment.

We were a family of 4 in the 2 bed room suite. The suite was spacious and clean with a living room, master bedroom and twin room with 2 bathrooms on suite.

This is my second visit to Amari, enjoyed my stay at the Ocean facing unit. Service was excellent, the staff even allowed us to check out later (no charges) bcos my wife was unwell. Breakfast was superb 👍. I would definitely stay at Amari again.

Excellent room and cart to and from lobby. You can walk to Patong beach and central shopping mall. Great restaurants and pool by the beach

We had wonderful time at hotel Amari. Location cleanses food service swimming pools were wonderful. We were 10 friends. Had good time. Superb experience. Love you Amari.

Hotel did not provide the room I booked. Also the room though has been renovated but is still a poor choice. I preferred old wing due to its location. But the room is not as expected. I have stayed at amari phuket on 2 earlier occasions. Once in 2012 then the hotel was in much better condition and service was better. In 2016 they purportedly upgraded to their villas which though were bigger but did not give any feeling of staying in a 5 star hotel. Overall highly unsatisfactory stay.

Enjoy the view from the lobby bar, pool a bit smaller than expected and crowded. Overall experience was good.

This hotel is international standard location is perfect in patong private beach and good sightseeing you can enjoy moment and activity at hotel But pls note this hotel also on service for ling period maybe you can smell a kind of old smell sometime

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night family stay at this hotel. The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a serene backdrop to our vacation. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of Halal food options, with breakfast changing daily, adding a nice touch of variety to our mornings. The hotel is quite spacious, so we often used the shuttle carts to get around. While convenient, there were occasional delays, especially during check-out times, which required a bit of patience. The poolside area was truly delightful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. However, if you’re looking forward to a sandy beach, be aware that this beach is more of a rocky coastline, so it might not meet typical beach expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!
