Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. Fantastic stay. Big lousy about the room. Big, cleaned and well maintained. The pools are nice but needs to be cleaned better.

It was a wonderful hotel with easy access to local park, museum and theatre. The private outside spa was great and the inside hotel room was large had many amenities. We would stay there again.

Very good place to go to hot springs! We enjoyed the hot springs a lot in the winter holiday. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room with an amazing (and huge) bathroom. Checkin desk is friendly and helpful and speaks English. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has Chinese food as well as some Western choices like croissants, bacon, coffee, toast, and other normal breakfast foods like yogurt, fruit, etc. They started putting food away at 9:50 though, so don’t wait until last minute to go grab some breakfast. There’s not a lot close to it though, and restaurant in hotel is friendly and obliging, but expensive. Good place to stay!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade and the room was bright, clean and big. Breakfast was good, with a decent amount of choices. The play options for kids were really good - although it was very hot outside. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot spring area only opens at 2pm. It's frustrating waiting and disappointing to not have a final swim/relax in water on the check out day because you need to be out by 12. I hope the hotel can consider changing this. I do recommend the hotel for a few days getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Great place to enjoy with family. Stayed during the Chinese new year vacation. Although the staff tried thier best they couldn't ensure a good service as they were understaffed to serve a big crowd the turned out. Young children can really enjoy the place, much more in summer

The hotel is next to Taihu Lake, with good air quality. There are few guests after May Day, and it is very comfortable to stay. Breakfast is on the first floor, the noodles taste good, and the rest of the varieties are standard for 4 stars. The room was upgraded to me, but the hygiene is really poor. There are dead mosquitoes next to the phone, which is obvious. The hotel management did not check the room seriously. After communicating with the front desk, the front desk staff was very good and changed my room. After changing the room, the hygiene problem is still there. When I entered the door, I could clearly see spider webs above my eyes. There were traces of vomit on the left wall of the toilet. I found small insects on the pillow at night. The hotel has hot springs, but they are not natural hot springs. Because there are few people, not all the equipment is open. It is still very comfortable to take a hot spring bath outdoors.
