Chengdu 111 Business Hotel Reviews

The location is good, Around 5mins away from the MRT (Xi Men station). We keep on buying food outside the hotel so we can eat at the common area. Cleanliness - average - we stayed for 6 nights and we would have wanted to have our rooms cleaned on the 3rd day but I think they only have scheduled day/time to collect room garbage and clean rooms. We had our room cleaned on the 4th day. There are towels, face towels and rooms are okay (we had 2 rooms, both good for 4 pax). The problem that we encountered is that the lock in our room had an issue on our 4th night - our key cannot open our door so we had to call the customer service in the common area. Unfortunately, the person could not understand English. So we tried to call them via WhatsApp, but he only respond via chat. He sent someone over to fix our door. It couldn't be fixed, so they had us transferred to another room (no view :( but still with window). Price - affordable, we got our 2 rooms, 6nights around Php39k or USD710.

Good place easy to access to ximendeng night market we use Uber for transportation. Easy to check in and check out

Room was slightly smaller. But big and clean toilet and bathroom. Convenient as it is very near to Ximen station.

The location is good and walking distance to ximending and Carrefour. The location outside is not noisy and busy. There’s a lot of places to eat and 2 convenience store and 1 Starbucks near the hotel. The only downside is you can hear the noises outside the room. Because I’m a little bit sensitive to noises. It’s a self check in and there are no receptionist.

The hotel is so good, near ximen station, check in check out is self service (they have kiosk)i like the hotel because cleanliness is superb!👌, nice room, big room,also they have cold and hot water drink in the lobby including the microwave and free tea, cup etc..😀 we booked 7days and 6nights and every 3days they will clean the room, the bathroom, changed the towels,if ever i will come back i will definitely choose this hotel again,i will recommend this to my friends.😀

Not convenience for travellers who can't speak Chinese. Difficult to communicate with staff even they have a hotline. I arrived at 15.40 trying to check-in with an automatic machine, it showed the room is not available. Please contact staff. I used hotline, a guy in the call said ok. But when I asked how to get key card, he said I don't know. 😅 At the check-out date, I want to leave my luggage at the hotel. I tried to contact them asking pin code for entrance as we have to return key card. Unfortunately, no one picked up the call or read my message. They usually start work at 11am. Means that if you have any issues during check-out process, no one can help you. Rather than this, the location is good and the room is clean. The rule is they will change the towels every 2 nights, change bedsheets every 3 nights and no cleaning in the middle. No toothbrush, comb provided.

You get more than what you pay for! Chengdu 111 is a self-service hotel conveniently located near Ximen Station. It's near the stores and restaurants.

It’s close to Ximending. Across from the hotel is the 7/11 and there are restos near the area to eat out. 5mins walk to Ximen station.

Good location really near Ximen and convince to find food. All self service but luckily got provided mineral water. 

It was everything quite nice for a good price. Hotel was not easy to communicate at the beginning via Trip.com but later it was okay. So we arw very hapoy with rhe stay for a good price.

It’s a convenient place to stay if you want to travel around Taipei’s main city area. You can reach the hotel by taking the MRT Blue Line to Ximen Station and exiting from Exit 6. From there, it’s about an 8-minute walk straight to the hotel. If you're looking for a place that's easy to find but not too close to the main road—so it's not too noisy—this is a great option in Ximending. The hotel room was fine for me, as I only stayed one night. It was good enough, although the walls are not very soundproof, so you might hear some noise from neighboring rooms. Otherwise, everything inside was great and had all the basic necessities. Just note that you’ll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There are places to eat nearby, including 卤肉饭 shops, and you’ll also find a Starbucks and FamilyMart easily within walking distance.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, but disappointed by two service lapses firstly, our check-in was considerably delayed without any advance notification, and secondly there was a mix-up with our room allocation where we received a different room category than booked. These issues affected our overall experience.
