Its good very clean but the think is its hard to ask personally theres no receptionist only contact thru online

Encountered difficulties when it comes to checking in, leaking in our room, and room doesn’t seem too clean once we entered. But they do have 2 free bottled water, bath soap, shampoo, and towels during our stay.

Im alone but the room is so big — they provide good for families room. More blanket and pillows. Clean with free slippers and water. Self check in and check out which is nice. Near to Ximending. Recommend to stay for fam and very affordable. When I come back, i’ll make sure to book in this hotel. Thumbs up

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The check-in process is done via a machine at the hotel entrance. Easy to use. Clean rooms. Central location in Ximen district

I stayed here for 21 days (from 16Aug to 5Sep) and overall the experience was not very comfortable. The room is quite small for three adults, and it felt crowded during our stay. We also noticed red spots on our skin, as shown in the photos. The reception told us it was caused by the washing detergent they use, but none of us have allergies. They even suggested that we should buy our own pillow covers if we don’t like theirs, which was not a helpful response. The cleanliness of the room was also just average. For a long stay, I expected better comfort and service. But the location is very good like 10mins walk to Ximen MRT!!!!

Room is clean, location is good (Close to MRT XIMen Station). Beware that no clert at night....

The soundproofing of the room is not very good.and The floor is sticky.

I was booking for a night. The location is good but the service from the staff in hotel are really unfriendly and rude. We left our stuff in the room, and just wanna asked to open the room for us. We’ve been waited for 20-30 mins. But there was no one coming to the lobby. And even I used to contact them with telephone in the lobby, also helpless…

There’s was no any soap, brushes… Also everything is automated, so most of clients was confused how to enter…

Great location, near Ximending. Only towels are provided. Anyway, no big issue.
