The staff did a fantastic job in coordinating everything and everything else is just as good as they should be .

This hotel told me it was full even it accepted my booking. I was sent to another hotel without shuttling service, I paid for the taxi. It’s not a common experience like this. The other hotel, Eurostar Gran has good service, but indeed too old to be fresh.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable. It was very quiet even though there were a lot of guests.

A decent chain hotel with large rooms, slightly outdated facilities, and friendly service, with proactive greetings. The location is close to the convention center, a little distance from the old town, free parking is provided, suitable for self-driving. There are several good restaurants nearby.

You can park for free in the parking lot. The location is a bit remote and the room feels a bit damp, but the sanitary conditions are okay. There is not much food around, so you need to drive out to eat.

Room and breakfast are available

The hotel is very nice, the room is comfortable. The location is next to the city's stadium, the surrounding greenery is good, and there are plenty of parking spaces. But it is a little distance from the ancient city of Santiago, and it takes 5 minutes by car.
