Nice hotel with good price and good location. Room was clean but without second towel, slippers and shower gel - It’s not problem. Microwave and kettle are in hall.

The guy who checked me in was super helpful and nice. He gave me directions to find good and cheap food nearby. The room was clean and, though there was a massive roundabout just outside, I was able to get a solid night’s sleep.

We stayed for a day in transit. Clean hotel. The room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, quiet at night. Deposit 500 baht. There is a small refrigerator. The air conditioner can freeze anyone. One small minus - instead of a kettle there is a water heater, to get a glass of hot water from it you have to press the pump button many times. It is annoying. The shower water heater did not work, though in Thailand it is so hot that regular water is more than 30 degrees. There is a cheap CHIP store with a pharmacy nearby. In general, it will do for a day.

Don't expect the quality of the guest house. The mountain view is beautiful, but even the top floor of the mountain view room is still very noisy... If you need to buy earplugs, go to the drugstore, 711 does not have them.
