Great hotel, very fancy and huge! I would recommend instead of dining at the restaurant in the evenings, due to their terrible service, that you would venture outside the hotel and you would find amazing local restaurants with the best Thai food and amazing service!

We came for water park but they renovated on our time arrived but they had very good offer the credit you can spend and incredible service!! We love it here also good food everyday not the same, clean and super big pool.👍

Great location just right next to the airport. Easy to get to. The water park is fantastic! Well worth.

The hotel room is so gigantic, they even have stove, microwave and a big counter. TV is smart TV you can enjoy watching Netflix with your loved ones. Also they have so many pools in hotel, the hotel size is large however they have a golf car to pick you up everywhere. Recommended for long stay and family stay.

Worst hotel ever chose 1. room type photo in trip.com has bathtub, it turns out no bathtub (since I have a kids which need to use bathtub), the staff said need to pay extra HKD500 for changing "downgraded room with bathtub", and my room type is only costed HKD700 in trip.com. 2. The room is very dirty with big cockroach and ant in toilet, and the staff refuse to change room for me (same type), and they said they will deep clean the room, after that still have cockroach leg. Finally they change the room for me after I explain it is dirty even after they clean... Poor service, poor experience, speechless so call "5 star" resort...

The hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket

Our flight got delayed for hours, instead of evening the flight was rescheduled to fly around midnight. So we turn for hotel in neighbourhoods for quiet place to take a nap.  What happened was we have to wait for at least 30+minutes until we were able to check in since they can not retrieve booking information from trip.com yet. Once we checked in and arrived at the room, we founthe AC is unable to turn on what ever button we tried only “ERROR “ message appeared, when trying to use the phone to call for assistance we found the phone also not working. We ended up using our foreign mobile phone to make a call to local hotel number so that they could aware of the problem, the AC and the phone are broken. Took more than 30 mins to finally send someone to fix the AC, but for the Phone the 1st staff said they have to call other to fix this. Hours past still the phone not fixed , and there are 3 men coming in and out of the room all the time try fixing the phone. and we still cannot have any nap time that we expected for. As time past and there is less than 2 hours left until our flight departure that when finally problem fixed we complained about their facility problem and slowness of problem fixing and our needed. Hotel first offer upgrade, but there is no more time left for us to stay, when asked for full refund since we spend the while time at the room with broken facilities. The person-in-charge at that time, named Nanr,  said it is beyond her/his authority to make the decision about refund. The unbelievable suggestion from them is for us to stay the night and wait until a person with full authority come and make decision. In short , we paid and expected few hours of peaceful sleep, end up we paid for hours of chaos.

Supereb hotel

This is a very service oriented, typical Thai hospitality type of theme hotel. Great service woth the stated amenities and offering. However the room condition is abit old need upgrading and the choice of food at the breakfast noy live up to the resort name and atandard

Good place to spend a night between flights. I would not stay there for the whole vacation. But for 1-2 nights - pretty good

It is a very convenient and comfortable hotel for a family visit. Will visit again.

Free upgrade a better pool vila very nice The facility in the pool vila is very nice,it has a huge pool and dinning room. The water park is not so big, but it is already enough for us It is also near the airport and the beach We will choose to stay again
