The hotel is clean, room smelled well. Reception is friendly. I would stay in the hotel one more time when revisit Phuket. The minus is a location on the hill, luggage becomes a small inconvenience.

Got this room at a bargain price so rated accordingly (ended up listing 50% more expensive near travel date). I opted for a city view over pool view and glad I did as it was cheaper and did not look much different as the pool is half way down the slope anyway. I had a ground floor room which I preferred, like a ground villa, I think room 208, very easy access to the lifts and basically no steps. Other rooms are upstairs and just balconies. The rooms are old fashioned, which I like but the younger traveller could find the room dated. Pool area ok (deep in parts). Didn’t try the restaurant, but there is one. Entry a pain as there are a few steps to lift but I’m sure the lobby can collect luggage. Motorcycle shop across the road had good prices and easy to deal with. There is as a 7-11 and pool table bar also, not much else. There is an excellent food market towards the beach and further along (300m) a set of bars (if that’s your thing). Some massage shops around but very busy at peak times. Reasonably handy location but a taxi ride to the centre of town.

I clearly noted that I didn't want the last room, but they arranged it regardless. The most infuriating thing is that they arranged the last room with a problem lock. Every time I go out, I can't lock it. I have to find the staff in various ways. I can't lock it myself for a long time. The light at the door is still broken. There are several rooms next door that are obviously unoccupied, but they don't arrange it for me. They just arrange the last room with problematic facilities. It's rubbish. If you go to Karen, you don't know how many times better it is for the same price! Not recommended!

The hotel is very close to the night market and the ** show. I stayed in 3 hotels in Patong. Each hotel had some problems with the noise of motorcycles and bar music. People with poor sleep should not choose hotels in Patong. However, because this hotel is built at a high altitude, the music is not so loud, and the occasional car noise is still tolerable. The only drawback is probably that there are many mosquitoes. There are many green plants in the hotel. I stayed for one night and killed more than 20 mosquitoes. The next day I didn't dare to ask the waiter to clean the room.

The location is a bit far from Patong Beach, and the price is pretty good during the peak season. The facilities are relatively old. The service is very friendly. The 711 is opposite the hotel. The Malin Night Market is a five-minute walk away. Overall, it is very convenient.
