Good location, comfy room.

Located in the old town so very good for touring around the old town at night

Great stay at WOO. Superb location and loved the historical elements throughout the hotel, which was a family’s dedicated restoration project. Recommended for a stay in Old Phuket.

Above average place in old town for sure. Very subtly cozy with unique design and the staff are all incredibly friendly.

It is a small hotel with an antique style, but it has a sophisticated charm. The staff is very friendly and the location is in the middle of the old town, so it is a good hotel for those who like cultural tourism.

I didn't add breakfast, but the reviews were so good that I added breakfast! I really enjoyed the porridge :) What taste comes to mind? It was worth the extra money. And I went about an hour earlier than the check-in time, but they did it. I was worried because it was hot, but I was glad! It's in the middle of the old town, so it's easy to walk around, but it can be a little noisy. I'm having fun!

There is a large air conditioner directly above the bed. The wind is blowing. The sound insulation of the hotel is average, but the price/performance ratio is good. The location is located in the center of Phuket Town. Surrounding business district, convenient transportation.

The room is very average, in the old house. The location is very good, surrounded by the most lively neighborhood, just next to An'an.

Very beautiful and clean, the service staff is very kind! Make time to visit their museum! The hotel is very well maintained, you should take more pictures with costumes!

Since I travel a lot on business and end up spending many nights in tower blocks that are business hotels, I try to avoid them as much as possible on holiday. In Phuket, we had two objectives: 1. To explore the ‘old town’ and get a ‘flavour’ of the place and its history 2. Sample the local food stalls, many now recognised by Michelin To meet both of these objectives this hotel was the ideal base. It is right in the centre of the town, all the landmarks are within half a kilometre, and 80% of the city’s Michelin featured eateries are within a kilometre’s radius. Despite being in the middle of the crowded old town, and with a night market happening in front of it every Sunday night, the hotel is very quiet. There are actually two buildings, joined together, and spanning an entire block. The old building is now the museum with two floors of galleries, the hotel is housed in a purpose built new building, probably with adequate insulation. The room that we stayed in, with a balcony, and overlooking the street, was spacious and aesthetically very pleasing. Every room seems to be individually decorated, and the furniture, furnishings, works of art, and illumination have been very tastefully put together. The place has the finesse of a luxury boutique hotel with the personalised attention of someone’s home. Of the many small touches, a coffee machine in the room is one which I enjoyed particularly. The staff are friendly polite and attentive - and genuinely helpful. However, what makes the hotel unique is the attached museum. After all, how many times do you get to sleep in a museum? We would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a different experience, without being prepared to compromise on creature comforts.

This is truly wonderful and amazing hotel to experience. You can see the effort from every detailed, decoration, design, staffs, cleanness and food the way to present to all their customers. An excellent boutique hotel to admire and leave with great memories of your stay. Highly recommend.
