Whenever we go to a hotel there are three things that stand out number one is the location and I can say the location of the hotel is very very good Number 2 the staff and their hospitality yes they greeted you with hello and smile on their face however when it comes to service and hospitality I saw certain rudeness if that's the right word in all the stuff or this was a low season and they have majorly a training staff so that can be also a reason for not having the high standards expected Number 3 is the food which I will say was okay breakfast was also good and you get variety of options Also please note for everything that you do in the hotel there is a process for example if you want to take us swimming towel first you have to go to reception take a card then they will show you as swimming towel and if you want to check out or you want a new tower you have to return the old one take the card give it back and take the new tower and this services available I think till even evening it from morning it also if you ask for extra plate they will ask you to sign a voucher that will say that you have taken 3 plates three spoon or anything so it is more like a process oriented not a holiday which I feel like Rooms were good and as I said against spacious and comfortable however too many processes were making me nervous Following is the snapshot of birthday cake that they built for my son it was free of course so I don't think I have anything to say about it it was a nice gesture

5 min walk to the beach, great location, nice view, the swimming pool is great and breakfast has a lot of variety!

This is the worst 5-star hotel that we’ve been. Breakfast buffet was bad and not diversity. 4-star Four Points by Sheraton Patong is much better.

Had a great stay, definitely coming back again. Location, room and service was spot on. The food not so much but lots of options available outside of hotel

Good hotel with a good price. Location very close to beach, convenient.

Great location just 30secs walking distance to Patong Beach, with many stores and 7-11, food and massage. Swimming pools are nice and they have 2 pools with bar. A bit disappointed about the housekeeping, after cleaning the room, our toothbrushes and towels were missing, during the check in, our room’s balcony lock and curtain were broke, but the hotel fixed all problems immediately. Thank you. Minor thing but to be mentioned, the staff attitude were not that appreciate when we requested towels from the pool bar and would like to walk through to the next door pool, but overall staffs were gentle with greetings at the front desk every time we walk passed by.

We had pool access room great room and central to town.

Love this hotel, it deserves higher rating! Our room was amazing and so is the pool. It’s family friendly as well. Location was close to eateries and beach. Recommend to rent a bike than taking grab because surprisingly the grab prices here are quite pricey. Nonetheless, will definitely come back with the kids!

When we booked, on Trip it said if we booked this room we would get a Thai sim card with free internet for a week. However, the ladies at the front desk said that they had no idea why it’s said so on Trip app, so they didn’t give us the sim card. Moreover, the room had too much humidity on the floor and walls. We communicated this to the staff and they just sent a man to mop the floor once

Strategic location which located at the hotel spot of Phuket, patong beach within walking distance. Very happening area surrounding the hotel. Very relax and near to the beach.

The hotel service is very good. The door of the room was broken and it was fixed immediately. The buffet is delicious. The environment is comfortable and chill. It is very close to Patong Beach and Bar Street. There are many delicious foods nearby. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming. The only drawback is that the water quality of the swimming pool is not clean.

Pool was excellent. Very relaxing. Room was spacious. Near to bangla street. Walking distance to many places. Taxi ready available. Would book again.

It’s my third time at this hotel. Maybe next year i will book again.

The pool access room was quite nice and appeared to be recently renovated, which we really appreciated. However, when we extended our stay and moved to a Premier Room, we were disappointed to find it quite old and not well-maintained. The room was not very clean, the pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was very dim. Additionally, one of the receptionists at the lobby had a poor attitude. She appeared visibly annoyed when we had trouble understanding her and raised her voice at us, which made us feel uncomfortable. If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend booking a pool access room or one with a balcony for a better experience. Otherwise, you might want to consider other hotel options.
