We had a great time staying at the hotel. The location was just perfect! Walking distance to the beach and 30 seconds away from a 7 eleven. The only issue we had was with the booking. We had been booked into one room for two nights and then another room for the third night. We said this was fine. We were told we had to leave our luggage just in reception in the morning, so we did. However, coming back to the hotel in the evening we had been put back into the same room and our luggage had been put in our room but the door was left wide open, with our luggage in full view. Apart from this everyone was all very friendly. There wasn’t always someone on reception which sometimes made it difficult when we needed to contact someone we just had to call them. Otherwise a great trip and great location! We went to the elephant jungle sanctuary and got a bolt there and would highly recommend and spent the afternoon in Patong!

Excellent customer services from the Reception young lady who checked us in and out. The Family Room we got is 204 on 2nd floor having 1 large bed and 2 bunk beds. They don’t have elevator. We walked up the roof top to view the beach. They are renovating the Lobby so cats are living in Pa Tong. We can refill water in the Lobby with no extra charge. The kitchen zone has a bench to sit and smoke but no microwave. The floor and artificial grass at kitchen area need better cleaning as there are sands. Room has a kettle and instant coffee. Very powerful hot shower. Aircon works well but flows directly to the bunk beds so those who sleep there are freezing while those on the large beds still feel warm. Room has some wears and tears and curtains need to be washed. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby with dine-in facilities on the 2nd floor. Overall we like this large room and we enjoy our stay.

The location is great so are the cats. Unfortunately there is a very bad smell coming in from the sink in the bathroom.

Lovely room, clean, really close to the beach. Next to night market with loud singers but you don't hear it with the window closed.

Plus that there is a sink, microwave, balcony with artificial grass (this is the 6th room during the trip, and before that there was nowhere else) +across the road from the sea - no dryer - old renovation, the hotel is not from 2024 - our windows overlook the street, it is always noisy, who has windows on another street, are lucky - soft bed - well, the main minus they gave us a card with erased numbers, the front door is always closed, there is no staff The guy randomly picked up the code for the door Another time I saw someone's pass, took a photo, and when I tried to open the door myself, it did not open No smell of cats, overall a nice first floor, but I would not stay here There is no such place in the taxi app, find it by merlin drivers

Pros: great location, close to the beach, everything you need and are used to is within walking distance: 7/11, currency exchange offices, cafes, markets, a large supermarket. On the 1st floor there is a cat cafe with the cutest pets. Cons: cleaning only upon request, as well as changing towels. There is no permanent employee at the reception, when you arrive, you may see a closed door and if there is no connection, you will have to wait🤷♀️ In general, the option is good for an unpretentious stop for a few days, nothing more.

The hotel facilities are very new, it has just opened and has been newly renovated but it has no smell. The location of the hotel is superb, the night market is diagonally opposite the door, and the beach is 15 meters ahead. The hotel also has sea view rooms, which really realizes that you can open your eyes to face the sea.

The hotel is very cozy, very quiet and not noisy. It is less than 300 meters from the beach. It is very comfortable to lie on the beach for a day. There are many markets around. You can buy food and cook at the hotel. There is also a food market on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. I am satisfied 👍

The hotel rooms are clean. Not far from the sea. We checked in in the evening, looked for the manager by phone, checked out, he was not there either... the whole hotel stank of cat urine, in the room with the cats there were piles of **** on the floor. The room was on the 3rd floor, the stench did not reach there... I will not stay there a second time!

Right above the tourist mile. Extremely loud. Stuffy room. I wouldn't go there again.
