The resort is fantastic! We love it so much! There is buggy service bring you to the beach and the sunset there is so beautiful! We will surely come back when ee visit Phu Quoc Island again.

Villa is large and clean, with a pretty big swimming pool that can actually swim. Services are good, providing an app to communicate with the staff and able to book services through it, like book buggy or in villa BBQ etc. But most of the staff need to improve their English speaking abilities, i guess only 1/3 of the staff can actually communicate with English. Other than that, it’s a very good villa.

Is a really fantastic experience. I would definitely come again and spend my time in the hotel. It was so relaxing and great facilities.

Nice room, beautiful facilities and spacious living room, kids have lot of fun with the swimming pool and the living room.

Terrible time at this property. AC was leaking and puddles of water everywhere. The replies were very slow too. Didn’t offer much assistance when needed. People entered our villa when we went out, we did not request for it. Offered no service recovery for all these bad experiences. Also, stated it’s for birthday celebration but property said nothing could be arranged not even a slice of cake. Do not recommend.

Everything was fantastic!

Our families with young children stayed for 5 nights at this resort. The road outside the resort was flooded (probably due to poor drainage) so our taxi refused to drop us at the entrance and we had to walk through the bushes carrying our heavy suitcases to get into the hotel ourselves- terrible experience. But I suppose it wasn’t the hotel’s fault except that the flooding problem seems to be persistent throughout our stay. Other than the above incident, the stay at this hotel was pleasant and staff was helpful and polite. However there were quite some ants inside our room and we had to keep the place very clean to avoid getting more ants. The renovation was nice and comfy and amenities quite new. Massage was good. Recommended overall.

The breakfast and villa are both very nice! My son loves the villa so much, it’s clean and big. The breakfast is provided with a variety of choices and it’s tasty. It’s a very pleasant stay. The only draw back is the kid’s breakfast is not included in the package, and as need to pay 370,000 VDN per day for the breakfast for my kid.

Welcome drinks were served during check in. Service was fine. In room dining would be better if it’s not served in a take-away boxes. One big disappointment was the housekeeping, who refilled our shower gel with water and left our empty body lotion bottle unattended for 2 days. Might really reconsider when rebook this hotel during my next visit.

Private villa was decent. Hotel buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. For the price paid, there are also other options available in Phu Quoc. But this is a good and safe option especially if the intent is to use the facilities and relax in the villa.

Everything is perfect. The service was nice, the view was nice and the price was nice too.
