My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect — right in front of the beach and conveniently near a 7-Eleven. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff were very friendly. The room was a bit old and the bed was quite hard, but overall, I loved the hotel. Thank you so much for giving us such good memories! 💗

My stay at PP Charlie was deeply disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, with a bloodstain on the wall that made the experience even more unsettling. Additionally, the toilet was filthy, and the roof was leaking, adding to the discomfort. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Breakfast and location is great though.🤷🏻♂️

I wouldn’t recommend PP Charlie hotel if you’re looking to have service. The room: We booked superior room, the bathroom was full of moisture and mold. The tv wasn’t even touched once to be clean not even talking about the curtains. The AC filters were super dusty even I asked the reception to change they act like they dont speak english. The pool and the beach: They dont have any sunbeds over the beach and for the pool even though we stay at their hotel they dont charge to the room or even pay with credit card. The breakfast: Only good thing at the hotel.

I paid extra for a Superior room, over $100 per night, and the air conditioner was hanging down from the ceiling on one side with the other side held up with duct tape. I made a special request for a quiet room, but you can still hear the blaring music until 4 am, though it is muffled compared to the standard room. Luckily, one night it rained so hard that the bars closed around 1 am. The bathroom was not the same as the majority of the photos on the website, which show an updated version, but they sneak in one photo of the rundown version most guests receive to deliberately deceive you. Only cold water from the sink that was clogged when we arrived and the dated faucet could not be set in place anymore, so moved around freely. The shower would cannot get hot, only warm, and there is no way to fix the shower on the wall at a usable angle, so no hands free The staff overall is friendly, but are not proficient in any other languages. The front desk staff is friendly until you have a complaint, which they must be tired of hearing, the hotel is so bad. Breakfast is in a beautiful location on the beach, but use bug spray on your lower legs if you don't want to be eaten alive. The breakfast itself was disappointing, offering only one local dish, not particularly well made. At least the coffee was pretty good by Thai standards, but even that was inconvenient as there is only one machine which is slow and a cue develops quickly. The pool was quite nice.

Amazing location and really lovely pool, if you are just sleeping here is ok but a little noisey, terrible wifi but staff are nice rooms are super basic and needs a refurb.

The check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

Pool is the best thing about this hotel. Amazing view and also really nice and rich breakfasts. Room cleaning was a bit weird, but overall, all is good. Definitely a decent place to stay on Phil Phi

Great located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!

It is a perfect hotel in Phi Phi Island! Just walk you have everything.
