The hotel is clean. And the service is good . However its location is not in the city center.

Room ok. View of the taxi station. Quite clean overall. The meal is not very varied and water is chargeable despite the half-board paid. This is only reported at the end of the meal and not when ordering the bottle. No drink price signs indicate this. Fairly quiet night despite the noise of the air conditioning motors. Very good and very friendly staff. The hair dryer was missing in the room and we only had 1 glass for 2 people. Breakfast quite decent overall.

Rose. Valley Hotel checks off all the boxes for transit hotel in Ourzazate . Rooms are smallish but have all the modern amenities. Close to center of town but away from traffic noise. Good place to get a quiet night sleep . Usuall Moroccan breakfast fare. Plenty of parking. I would visit again

Had a wonderful week at Rose Valley. Lovely clean room kept spotless by the cleaners. Super kind staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Great swimming pool. Super quiet and peaceful. Loved Ouarzazate - so different from everywhere else we have visited in Morocco

A quaint small hotel with basic necessities and a clean room with nice view to catch sunrise. I love the mosaics in the bathroom. Friendly staff at hand to attend to your needs. A small restaurant for breakfast and a small garden terrace line the swimming pool.

Awful ! A building site. Noise from building site awful and so much dust. Breakfast extremely basic and restaurant uninviting. Swimming pool not in use. None of this was disclosed on booking. Room small. Fridge but no plug to plug it in. Give it a miss!

Stayed at this hotel during a tour through Morroco and we were very pleased! The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food at the restaurant was very good. The swimming pool was great, specially during the month of August!

We stopped for one night. It was a short stopover, and I don't think it was worth the €50 price tag. The room was clean but basic, and the temperature was cold. The bathroom was small and dated to the 1960s. Breakfast was truly disappointing, with all the dishes cold (including omelets and soups) and limited.

Stayed one night as part of a 3 day/2 night tour from Fez to Marrakech (the other night was in a desert camp). Small but very good room, with a comfortable bed. View from the window onto a parking lot of a store, disappointing. Cleanliness adequate, nothing more. Small stains on the bedding... Nothing disgusting, but more attention could be paid to cleaning. Also there was a certain smell of humidity or sewage in the room. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was adequate, good variety, everything was good. You can also order pizza in addition to the buffet, it was good. Good service from the employees on site. We did not take advantage of the pool but it looked magnificent! Pool hours until midnight, perfect for a late night swim before going to sleep.

Flies everywhere, passable food, but above all, a terrible smell of paint in the room, so strong it gave me a migraine and nausea. Impossible to sleep; luckily we only stayed one night. Horrible. Not recommended.
