"Villa Room # P3 ~ 1 x Night Stay ~ Booked via *********** 1st ever Stay here and disappointed that we paid for a Room with a Lake Water View but did not get to see the Lake from inside our room - we only looked out onto 4 other rooms!! We did not get a Bath either which we had hoped for. The rooms smelled Musty and look old and grubby.... Noisy in the evening from some nearby Karaoke Bar and other guest talking. We found the Bed hard ( not relaxing ) and the pillows were useless for support! Breakfast was AMAZING...... Set outside by the Lake a lovely selection of Hot Thai foods and Omelettes cooked to your likings. All staff Interactions were FANTASTIC. Would most likely go somewhere else next time passing thru Phayao as I would say it was OVERPRICED for what you get at B2,000 a night."

"Do NOT stay at this hotel! The description of this property on Trip.com is completely false. Just two of many of the falsehoods: there is no breakfast included and hotel has no restaurant. The sleeping rooms are filthy and in desperate need of repairs. We would have walked away from staying here, but it was a holiday and all of the hotels in the vicinity were sold out."

"The hotel is starting to get old. It is next to Seven Kindergarten School, in the alley next to the hotel. If you have a car, you can drive to see the view of Kwan Phayao, which the municipality has decorated with beautiful gardens and lights. There are many restaurants."

"The hotel is well located next to the lake, the room is small but comfortable, the mattress is good - it was comfortable to sleep, I was also pleased with the Smart TV - many channels not only in Thai and even Neflix. Among the inconveniences: there is no elevator and in the lobby there is only a water cooler, there is no microwave - the hotel does not encourage guests to cook food. But there are many restaurants and cafes around where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. Breakfast at the hotel is meager and by 9 am (breakfast is offered until 10) all the burners are already turned off and all the “hot” dishes are already cold and tasteless. They also brought me scrambled eggs already cold, I asked them to warm them up - they did it. Overall, the impression of the hotel and staff is positive, but if I ever come to Phayao again, I will choose a larger hotel rather than a boutique hotel."
