Xingcheng Hotel was a pleasant surprise during my trip. The front desk service was professional and attentive, the facilities were smart, and cleaning was prompt. The breakfast was plentiful, with porridge, soy milk, stir-fries, fried rice, fruit, yogurt, and freshly made wontons—they were delicious! What we appreciated most was the hotel's self-service laundry, which greatly solved our laundry problem during our trip. The front desk even helped us with the laundry, drying, and organizing services for those of us who were at the back of the queue in the evenings. A big thumbs up! Highly recommended! Our two-day trip to see the art of Anyue Grottoes was very satisfying!

Parking was super convenient, with ample spaces, so finding a parking spot was no problem for those driving. The front desk and room service were very attentive, responding promptly to any needs with a warm and considerate attitude, making the experience very comfortable. The overall environment was warm and elegant, the facilities were well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely a top choice in its price range, and I'll definitely stay here again! 👍

It was clean and hygienic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel very comfortable. Good location, in the city, with many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel spent a lot of effort in decorating the rooms. The rooms are relatively large and have few sockets. I only saw sockets on the bedside table. The car is parked on the second floor below ground in the underground parking lot. The room was clean, but there were small bugs under the sink, which might have crawled out from the drainpipe. Some were dead, and some were half dead.
