1.服務很不錯，有高鐵接送，還會幫忙提箱子，基本上有求必應 2.環境很新比較舒服，樓下就是粉店可以吃早餐，還有夜市攤 3.衞生情況總體不錯，床單上有點臟這個有點扣分 4.槽點是有的房間離麻將房太近或者説麻將房的隔音做的不好，影響晚上休息，不過前台幫我們提醒了讓他們聲音小一點，算是差強人意了 總體來説芷江之旅讓我感受到了芷江人民的熱情，（吃飯聽説我是外地人還會送我旺仔，點菜點多了會貼心的提醒我們要不要打包，下次還會來吃紙包雞和泡菜）
