Second, around 05 o'clock, we ended up in room C entertainment, the two people need to return to room A and room B, call the front desk to indicate that the front desk needs to help open the door, the front desk said: You are very disturbing, we also need to rest. Can understand the psychology of being disturbed at five o'clock in the morning, but since as the front desk of the hotel, do you need to ensure that someone at the front desk can provide services 24 hours a day? Since the clerk cannot accept the early morning service, it should give feedback to the superior leader, not complain to the customer;
Third, the front desk heard that ”we finished playing in a room and need to return to the original room”, saying ”no wonder some people say the room is noisy”. Ask, can you hear the noise in the next room first consider the soundproofing of the room? Secondly, if it is really us noisy, should we communicate with us in time?
