Great Service, New Hotel, Clean. Hotel is new, room is comfy and clean. Designed with local style. It is surrounded in a quiet neigborhood. As foreigners, we traveled by ourselves without tour, the owner took care and helped us a lot during our stay. They helped us to book taxi and even drove us to bus station to buy bus ticket to Chengdu. (As foreigner can't book the bus ticket online for return). Owner speaks english too. It helps those who can't speak chinese. It feels like we were staying at our relatives home. Extra miles service. Breakfast is simple but very nice. We also had our dinner at the hotel for 2 nights food is nice too. Price is reasonable. It is very recommended hotel.👍👍

Location: Right on the road of Cailin, the scenery will definitely be beautiful in November. Transportation: It takes about 2.5 hours to take a taxi from Maoxian, about 5 minutes to drive from the B&B to the ancient glacier, and about 20 minutes to drive to Yangrong Had, but it is very difficult to get a taxi in Heishui. We only rely on the B&B owner to ask the neighbors to help pick up and drop off at the glacier. If you don’t drive yourself, you must arrange transportation before you get there. Surroundings: There are no restaurants for several kilometers, so you either bring your own dry food or you can only eat at the B&B. I ordered a 200 yuan hot pot, which is a few vegetables and beef. The portion for four people is enough, but the taste is average. Facilities: The B&B is ******* style, there is no elevator, it is a bit difficult to carry large luggage upstairs, and the corridor is very dark. It is decorated with solid wood, so the room is a bit damp, and the bathroom is a squat toilet, which is a bit blocked. Dagu Glacier: We arrived at 1 pm, when there were few people and no need to queue. Tickets are expensive, but it is still worth going. It takes 40 minutes for the sightseeing bus to go up the mountainside. There are many bends along the way. Friends who are prone to motion sickness should take motion sickness medicine first. After reaching the mountainside, take the cable car. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. The scenery of the snow-capped mountains along the way is very shocking. The top of the mountain is not as cold as imagined, and the altitude sickness is not as terrible as imagined. One or two bottles of oxygen per person are enough, but you must pay attention to slow movements, not running or jumping, otherwise it will be uncomfortable. Pay attention to anti-slip, people keep falling along the way. Be sure to bring gloves, you can play in the snow, and you have to hold the railing. I thought the cafe was very stylish, but the environment is far worse than expected. The view outside the window is also very ordinary, and the consumption is expensive. You can't see the glacier in February, and you may have to wait until the snow melts in spring and summer to see it.

The location is near dagu glacier and you can relax and chill at the hotel after a day of walking. The rooms are huge and there is an area for us (Group of friends) to chitchat and chill! The bed and the room are all heated and you will feel very cozy and warm even though it is super cold outside. You do not have to fret about food. They have hotpot dinner to warm your tummy and is super yummy! The breakfast was awesome too with porridge and a variety of baos. We had a great breakfast before continuing our journey. The laobanniang was very sweet and nice too as they kept ensuring that we are all good and even help us to carry our luggages to 2nd floor. We really recommend the stay if you come over to the area!

The room is neat and clean, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, the earphones were accidentally left in the hotel, and the hotel lady called to help mail it, thank you very much, next time I travel, I will choose Platinum View Hotel

The equipment in the hotel may be outdated due to its time. The toilets are either leaking or broken. The heating is not strong enough and it is cold. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service lady is also very good. The breakfast is very special.

The most comfortable B&B in Heishui... First: It has an excellent geographical location, 12 minutes away from Dagu Glacier, far away from the streets, and it is very quiet at night; Second: The room is clean and tidy, facing the Sanao Snow Mountain, with a large terrace, perfect for taking photos and checking in; Third: The coffee shop on the first floor is warm and cozy, and the walnut brownie coffee has a pure aroma, which is unforgettable after a sip; Fourth: The owner and the housekeeper are warm and service-oriented, and there are discounts for purchasing Dagu Glacier packages when staying in the B&B.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Dagu Glacier. It only takes ten minutes to drive there. The bosses have a very good service attitude. They came over to help with luggage when they saw the car parked from a distance. The bed in the room was also very comfortable. But the only drawback is that the wooden floor in the room makes strange noises when walking over it, and the bathroom lights are sensor-based and tend to light up easily when facing the bed. I hope they can be improved.

The ******* brother was super nice! He helped us carry our luggage to the second floor (there was no elevator). The room had floor heating and electric blankets. The room had a terrace but we didn't sit there because it was very cold. Dinner and breakfast were prepared by the brother❤️

It's not easy to get a lot of money in Canyon County in western Sichuan, and the services can't keep up, so I've always been more tolerant. But after booking the most expensive Garden Suite, except for the luxurious hardware in the room, everything else was unsatisfactory: once you entered the garden, it was actually a terrace, facing the mahjong room. The outdoor chairs were occupied by a group of young people playing cards happily and then disappeared; After watching the Guozhuang dance with the password door lock, a woman actually broke into the room. She went to the front desk and asked us to see if there was anything missing. But we left it alone; there was no hot water at ten o'clock in the evening; and breakfast was at eight o'clock. There was almost nothing in the room, which made many tenants emotional; garbage in the underground parking lot was piled at the elevator entrance, and it was even more disgusting the next day; the ground in the lobby on the first floor was greasy and sticky, I hope it was because of the collector's wedding that had just been held. The wedding was lively, the ******* sisters were friendly, and I sincerely wish you the best! The Heishui Colorful Forest is colorful, the Dagu Iceberg is steep and holy, and the ******* villages such as the red Yangrong Haad Changde are full of characteristics. The beauty of autumn is given to Western Sichuan to Heishui. I hope the service of Luhua Hotel can keep up when it is full of guests.

It was my first time seeing this small town in western Sichuan. The beautiful scenery made me linger. What a pleasant surprise it was to find this treasure homestay.
