Family retreat in Ningi has a big backyard with decent sized decked areas for entertaining guests with outside dining. Three good sized bedrooms. Massive open kitchen and lounge area to relax. 55" Smart TV in lounge and 32" Smart TV in master room.
Beautiful grass and garden areas to enjoy. Plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes and scooters.
Close to the beach and water with only a 5 minutes drive. Plenty of beautiful parks and events on for the family to enjoy.
Guests will be given a code for the digital lock and have access to the entire house.
Everything is for guests to use within the house (except some cabinets as explained below) and back yard. Garage use is unavailable however the 2 bay car port (fits a standard ute 2mtrs high) is available for use.
Please note that some of the kitchen cabinets are locked. Specifically the corner cabinets. Please feel free to use the other spaces as required.
Lawns and gardens may be attended to during your stay, especially if staying for a longer period. Usually this is attended to fortnightly in winter and weekly in summer.

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels will be supplied for you. We also supply pillows, quilts, blankets and pillows.
Please note there are to be no parties. Inside is a smoke free zone. And security cameras are installed outside for your safety and the security of the property.
We have a no-shoes policy here at our house, so when you come over please bring your favorite slippers or comfy socks.
Smart TV available. To use the smart TV, we recommend connecting your smart phone to the same network by scanning the QR code located on the fridge. Guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts on the TV, such as Netflix or simply cast using a phone on the same network. No free to air TV antenna currently connected however all available apps installed and live view available through these apps. Please remember to sign out after your stay.
