"Management needs to change the pool lifeguard! Very unprofessional experience at the pool. His name Alishian . The pool area had a terrible atmosphere due to the lifeguard's behavior. flirts with women at the pool instead of doing his job. It makes female guests feel unsafe and uncomfortable."

"We had an amazing stay at this villa, it is beautiful, the BBQ area and poolside are fabulous, the Villa was equipped with everything needed for our 10 day stay and the welcome treats, wine, soft drinks and beer were such a nice touch. I had my birthday while staying at the villa and the hotel even sent a birthday cake and champagne for us to celebrate, what a lovely touch. We were met by Flouris the Assistant Manager and he could not have been nicer, he was so helpful and friendly, he really did make our visit special. Our fight home was late in the evening and the St Elias Resort gave us an apartment for the day after checking out of our Villa, Flouris made sure we had everything we needed until we left for the airport, he was a gem. All the staff at the resort couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a holiday to the Villa or Resort."

"This is the 3rd time in Toxotis hotel, this place is a gem! Since last year there has been significant improvements, there is now a pool bar, restaurant has been made bigger with more choice of food, and there is an outdoor eating area! The staff are so friendly and work really hard, especially restaurant staff Sami and Rossi. Liza on reception and the hotel manager Youla. The staff all go above and beyond. My only gripe was there are no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom, which is hard when you want to dry your hair! I mentioned this to Youla, who said they are on order! She said leave it with me, and at 17,30 there was one left in reception for me. There is a bus stop right outside your hotel, €2 to protaros, and the other way for you can go to Paralimni!l again for €2 You are only a few minutes walk away from the “strip” which has lovely eating places! We tried the Greek restaurant called Kartanas Meze Tavern, the food was to die for, they did deal deals, so for a family of 3, starter, main and a sweet plus drinks it was €55, plus they had made homemade baclava, that they brought out at no extra charge! If you like cocktails you must give Mother and daughter a try, BOGOF on a huge selection’s of cocktails! €12 for 4 cocktails. Although we didn’t eat there the food looked delicious, if you wanted English food!"

"Arrived late at night the night porter chucked the keys at us and informed us of the room number, unable to assist with anything. Attended breakfast on the first morning only to be shouted at "BREAKFAST AT 8 OCLOCK" . Several occasions during the week we tried to obtain a drink from the pool bar in the afternoon only to be told the staff only start at 5. When relaxing round the pool the site of the maintenance man marching round the pool ( looks like he's stood on lego) is very unpleasant. I have never visited a more miserable establishment in 30 years of travelling. The last day we had to check out at 12 so I asked reception is there somewhere to shower before the transfer arrived, I was informed the POOL shower was available and no fresh towel provided. Only positive, the couple in the supermarket were very nice."
