I asked to use the storage locker for 30 minutes so I could go out. The receptionist sent me to the storage locker and said a staff member would be right there. I stood near the storage locker with my suitcase for half an hour. No one came. I couldn't get out and wasted my time. This is my third stay at the hotel this month. Probably my last! I strongly recommend this hotel!"

"We stay with our wife in Eve not the first time, with 2 children and a dog - a great hotel in Perm and an ideal choice for family trip. Book "Family Room", children have their own room with a separate sauna, we have our wife-very comfortable. The room is huge, comfortable, 40 meters. There are all: coats, slippers, mini bar, tea pair, lots of hygiene and warm floors. Breakfasts are brought directly to the room at any time! Children are delighted with cheese, and we really like fresh cruisans with coffee! I am happy that you can come with your pets, few hotels are loyal in this regard, "Eva" is just good! On New Year holidays, when checking in, a bottle of champagne was handed over and as a compliment provided a late departure - it was very pleasant! Staff is magnificent, polite, always with pleasure come to you! 👍😉"
