"This isn't my first time staying at a Radisson hotel, and while it does have a real strength—the 20th-floor pool with its excellent city views—the overall experience is unfortunately marred by a very poor level of service, which I consider unacceptable for a five-star hotel of this global chain. I'll start by saying that the receptionists were inattentive. Upon check-in, they held my passport in their hands, handed me documents to sign in someone else's name, and in the morning, I couldn't even reach them by phone. They simply ignored the guest's birthday note on the reservation. It's a small detail, but indicative of this level of service. At the reception desk at the pool on April 29, the girl was extremely cold. Instead of greeting me and explaining how everything worked, she simply handed me the documents to sign and told me where to go. But the strangest thing happened later, on April 30: security guards were running around looking out the window while I was trying to relax by the pool in my swimming trunks, even though logic dictates they shouldn't have been there at all, and it's completely out of place for them to be running around in front of guests in such an area. It felt like the staff were simply waiting for other guests. The breakfasts were also disappointing: the bacon was stale and fresh, the fish was dry, the cheese was stale, and the vegetables weren't fresh, especially the tomatoes—they looked frozen, and this was especially noticeable at the very beginning of breakfast. The dessert selection was meager, and fruit didn't arrive until half an hour after breakfast had started. Overall, I'm disappointed; this is clearly not the level of a five-star Radisson hotel, and the service is definitely not worth the money."

The breakfast is delicious, offering various egg preparations, sausages, a choice of sides, porridges, fresh and stewed vegetables, a salad bar, cereals, and muesli. Everything is fresh. Plus, there's quality coffee from the machine available all day, and an afternoon snack!"

"1. Excellent reception. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and they'll help you with everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The service is excellent. 2. The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean. Despite the cold weather, the room was warm, but not hot or stuffy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the linens were comfortable. 3. The breakfasts were simply fantastic. It's very convenient; you can pre-order via QR code half an hour in advance, or you can just show up at the restaurant. The portions are generous and everything is delicious. You can also order in your room. 4. The location is excellent, but for the summer months, the embankment is nearby, and the city center is a 15-20-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel."

"It was a delegation for four days. We arranged everything. Although the rooms are not fancy, but clean (cleaning every day). The rooms are spacious, comfortable. The manager prepared all the documents in time, explained everything and advised. Staff is very welcome and delicious. Breakfast (Swedish table) is quite diverse. It is cooked as home. Ordered by the group a festive dinner, the cook was surprised. It was all decent and delicious. Recommended for both group accommodation and small companies."

"This was our second time in this bathhouse. There is a receiver for the administrator in the bathhouse, we called and asked to bring water, she rudely refused and told us to go across the street and come to her to buy a bottle of water, please note that it is winter outside, we are wet after the bathhouse, after the pool, we have to go outside for a bottle of water, but why the receiver? We go further, the pool is in terrible condition, the walls of the pool are in black mold, at the entrance to the changing room there is a mirror in which you can’t see your own reflection because of the dirt, there are cracks everywhere in the bathhouse. The water in the showers smells of hydrogen sulfide, this smell causes a gag reflex in me. If you go to this place and drink until you lose your pulse, it will do, but if you go with your family, it’s a terrible place and the service is disgusting."
