2026 Global 100 - Cultural Hotels"I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out.
The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning. Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help."
